Slow Results, Poor Customer Service

I purchased a Panoramic Fertility Test from Mira and have found the experience so frustrating. First, the kit itself came with just 2 "deep" lancets, which was entirely inadequate to produce the 16+ heavy drops of blood needed across the 4 test fields. Second, the response time was slower than advertised, with results "delivered" a full 34 days after sending in my kit. Third, despite claims that my lab results are ready, the results themselves fail to load, regardless of browser or device, showing an unending loading icon, giving me yet another reason to be in touch with their slow-as-mud Customer Service team. A company that doesn't even advertise its phone number probably shouldn't be relied upon for such consequential services... If I had realized sooner, I would have decided against the "shortcut" and booked a doctor's appointment, instead.

GREAT experience 👍

I had a great experience buying the Mira monitor for my wife. The monitor and extra wands came in a timely manner, they were FSA eligible, which was a plus. And when I misplaced my receipt Shiela was able to email the receipt right away! She was incredibly helpful and I’m impressed with the whole process.

It doesn’t work for menopause…

It doesn’t work for menopause monitoring. There is a bug that keeps adding tests and adding tests to the plan. Every day. It’s up to 49 and I quit. Customer service is “working on it” …but seems like a bug or a scam to make you buy more wands at this point

What you’re seeing isn’t a bug or a scam. The number of tests comes from the testing mode you’re in, and in menopause/transition modes the app often recommends more frequent testing because hormones can fluctuate a lot.

Our support team can help walk through your settings and what to expect so it feels more manageable.

Helpful, but limited sharing(?)

It is helpful to see direction of trends with the general explanations and against the average. We would like to share this info with our healthcare professionals (at least two separate ones) alongside between spouses, but it is unclear if this is possible or how to do it.

No results and awful customer service

Mira as a tool and analyzer seems to measure and track what it says it does. I’m still not pregnant after almost 6 months of using this, despite no fertility issues on my or my husband’s end. While the results with Mira have not been positive for us, the customer service experience I just had makes me regret ever buying Mira. Their customer service is very curt and dismissive. I selected two day shipping for my order and they completely disregarded it and shipped it with regular mail. When I asked the customer service representative about it, I was completely gaslit. I knew I selected 2 day shipping but was told I did not. I sent a screenshot and after many hours, was sent an apology and a refund for the shipping, but my issue is still not resolved. I do not recommend ordering directly through Mira and I never will again. Last time I get burned!

Great device and excellent customer service

The Mira device is very good and I found it to be far more accurate than other tests.
Yes it is expensive, however I did find the money to be worth it.
I’d also like to say thanks to the customer service team who refunded my order after I accidentally forgot to cancel my subscription. They were very helpful and understanding. Overall, a great experience.

Unless you like smelling like a jar of…

Unless you like smelling like a jar of Vicks I did not find this product helpful and they expect you to jump through many hoops to even consider a refund. It is not money back guarantee and shame on me for not looking into this more thoroughly. I was just looking for joint pain relief. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

The monitor broke immediately, company did nothing

The monitor broke immediately. I went through about a week of going back and forth with them trying to "troubleshoot" it before I suggested they just send me a new one because it was literally like talking to your cable company's tech support. They agreed and asked me to confirm my address. I did, and after asking about it a week later, I realized they never shipped me anything. I'm just going to do a chargeback at this point. I can't keep interacting with them.

So overall, I paid like a hundred dollars and all I got was a month's worth of frustration.

Perfect gift for newlyweds

As a couple of faith who believes that the size of our family is up to God, I have always longed for a way to keep a more accurate track of my cycle and hormones. Although my husband and I are open to life and Gods plan, we also want to make sure that I am giving myself enough time between pregnancies to properly heal. This device has been a game changer for us. I highly recommend it and think it would be a wonderful wedding gift for any newlyweds.

Avoid, scammy science

The gadget stopped working after the first attempt, my data was totally off and when I askjed the customer support to just return my money, they avoided my emails.

Commande reçue et service client reactif

J'ai bien reçue ma commande je pense que pendant les fêtes ils ont dû etre surchargé de commandes, pour l'instant j'ai du mal à le faire fonctionner j'aimerais l'application en français mais je debute et l'appareil est de trés bonne manufacture le service client à été réactif suite à mon premier avis, je suis donc impatiente de profiter de toutes les options de cet appareil.

Great device. Crappy customer service

Great experience using your device but a very bad experience with customer service. First purchase was made in Canada using my Australian credit card and that was cancelled due to suspected fraud (?). Then I tried reaching out about it and got an automated email and no real human from customer service trying to help me resolve this so bought the product on Amazon! Two days into using my new Mira, it fried during an app update which apparently happens with this device (according to AI). Then again I tried to get assistance to find out how to jump start or reboot the device but got no assistance. Again. Frustrated, I bought a second device on Amazon for the second time and refunded the first purchase.

Customer service is 1/10. (And I’m only giving it a 1 out of 10 because they have a so-called automated email which lets you know they received your email.)

The device it self is easy to use and provides great insight.

Important monitoring for me! But app could use some more careful language

I’m really grateful for this tracker and the information it allows me to have about my body. My only complaint is that fertility and pregnancy feel very baked into the language around the test results, even though I’m using it for a different health condition.
