have been trying to contact via website, only deal with US queries person to person
tried the UK website but AI doesn't deal with what i have to ask.
basically it's a safety issue plus other enquiries and i think it's really bad that you can't contact a company urgently about this.
there is an address for letters to cardiff but no phone number, shoddy.
basically went to open a bottle of bottle of gro your own vegetable and fruit, ok had it some time but it seems to have fermented. it hasnt been stored at over 35 degrees, admittedly is some years old
i need to know how to dispose of it as there is all sorts of stuff on internet about it harming environment with run-off into water courses. plus soil depletion and only short-term benefit to plants
i wanted to find out how old the bottle is, if is safe to use but guessing not if high bacterial load? it does stink.
it exploded in my face, went mostly all over the bath thank god. if it had gone in my eyes would it cause damage and now looking i have splatters of it all over dress, i hope it washes out as it is a favourite, going to put it in soak now.
really unhappy about this, it's bad enough it happened but worse that they don't have the customer care to deal with things
