Miracle Leak Detection Ltd  Opiniões

Could not recommend Barrie high enough.
Had a mains water leak under my house extension at the back and called for a Leak Detection service. Due to the location no repair was possible and the only solution was to mole a new mains pipe from my water meter, through my neighbours drive and garden, across my drive to the front of my house, and that was before all the problems my house threw at him. Despite this Barrie did it all on his own within 3.5 days and the finished job is of top quality and he was not happy until everything was cleaned, tidied and double checked.
In the nicest way I hope I never have to see him again, but if I have any friends with a similar issue he will get a call.

Barrie is an honest and genuine guy. very professional and so thorough. He was professional and advised best moves. Great customer service and thoroughly recommend Miracle Leak Detection.

Had a major leak at the school which caused two rooms to flood. Barrie came and fixed the broken pipe at the weekend so there was no disruption of having to close the school on Monday. Barrie was polite, very knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing and that needed to be done and was very professional and I would highly recommend him to fix any leaks.

Beyond excellent. Thankfully didn't end up having to use Miracle Leak because the water company advised we have a faulty water meter, but the amount of time Barrie spent on the phone giving free advice does not make me hesitate to recommend/ use their services if there is ever a need.

Thank you very much, Barrie, for your help at so late hour! I called at 00:25 because of leak. He sent me a lot of instructions via WhatsApp and helped to find where to stop water, assisted me more than an hour till the water was off completely everywhere, securing no more damage will happen during the night.

Honest tradesman, I had a leak but wasn’t sure where it was coming from.
But I soon thought I found the fault from the cylinder and Barrie advised me to speak to the cylinder manufacturer for guidance.

I contacted miracle leak detection due to an unexpected leak which was causing damage to my bathroom. Barrie was responsive and was able to assist us the next day. We got recommend to call upon Miracle leak to help out with a burst water mains pipe underneath the driveway and as a result of doing so we managed to have the issue resolved. Barrie and his colleague worked together to solve the issue and correct the driveway, very tidy and efficient workers would recommend them to help if you experience a similar situation.

If you’re looking for exceptional service then I can highly recommend Miracle Leak Detection. Barrie was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Right from the initial phone call, it was clear that he was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He had all the necessary equipment to pinpoint exactly where our water leak was and explained everything he was going to do in detail.

Throughout the process, Barrie kept us updated and went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed to perfection as the job wasn’t at all straight forward and he worked so hard and replaced other pipe work which he said wouldn’t pass current regulations and never charged us a penny extra. Especially as he stayed late, even working into the dark, just to make sure everything was resolved. He even sent us a visual download for our insurance company. His dedication and work ethic are truly amazing.

On top of that, he was a pleasure to have on our property - so trustworthy that we felt completely comfortable giving him our keys as the job took a lot longer than expected. Barrie’s expertise, reliability, and commitment to his customers are second to none. I would highly recommend his services to anyone. He turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless experience as there were so many problems with the pipework on our property. Thank you, Barrie, for your outstanding work and we will certainly use you for any future jobs.

We recently had a leak under our house, so called Barrie from Miracle Leak Detection on the Wednesday and he came out on the Saturday. The leak was in an awkward place but Barrie detected the problem and spent all day sorting it out. The service was excellent and I have to say Barrie went above and beyond to resolve the issue. If you have a leak I would certainly recommend Miracle Leak Detection. Thanks Ian.

I've had a leak at the property for over a year, had the water company out to try to find it (no luck), multiple plumbers (no luck)... then I was lucky enough to stumble on Barrie at Miracle Leak detection. He found the leak in 20mins and within 2 hours had it fixed, what a great service, he was clear in what he could do and to the point. Never right a review, so this is a first.. but had to share such a great service on an issue that isn't easy to locate.

Leaks, as well as the huge water bills associated with them, are a nightmare. Barrie at MLD Ltd did an amazing job of replacing our old lead water supply pipe. He went above and beyond to make sure we were absolutely satisfied with the works that he carried out. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone regarding leak detection and repairs.

Barrie was able to come out the same day to find and then fix our leak. He quickly found the leak under the floor and preceeded to access it with as minimal damage as possible. The hole that was cut was small and directly above the pipe that needed replacing. Barrie then quickly replaced the pipe work and covered the hole back up ready for the next stages. After completion I received a detailed report of the works ready for my insurance company.

Barrie was quick, responsive, professional and took great care to ensure as little damage was made as possible. He was transparent about what needed doing and the cost. He was also very clean and tidy

Amazing experience with Barrie at Miracle Leak Detection. Highly recommended.

Can't recommend Miracle Leak Detection highly enough. Replaced our water main in a most professional and friendly manner. The job was challenging and took longer than anticipated, but Barrie retained his sense of humour and ensured the job was completed to the highest level. Our confidence in selecting Miracle Leak Detection was well founded and, whilst not the cheapest quotation, we were so releived that we did choose them as Barrie ensured the job was done properly and to our fullest satisfaction
