I love the Light pad.....really notice how it reduces pain in sore joints. Had it for nearly a year and we both use it regularly.

I have purchased many devices over the past 5 years. The staff has always answered all my questions promptly and with such care.

I bought a light and was using it on a surgical scar with great results. About three months in I noticed a loose piece in the charging area and eventually the unit stopped charging. I reached out to customer service and was very pleased at the response I got. They responded promptly and were courteous throughout our exchange. We problem solved through the issue and I am happy with the results. My thanks to the professionals at Mira Mate Light for their excellent service.

The Miramate light pad (MLP) has been great.

Shortly after I bought the MLP, I stumbled down from a ladder. I was holding a pole that I did not want to drop. So my right hand ring finger was squeezed between the step on the ladder and the pole. The finger began swelling and was painful. Over the next several days, I used the MLP on that finger. While the swelling took time to go down, the pain relief was quite fast. After a day or so, there was barely any pain.

I also had an abscess on the lower left side of my mouth. It was painful and difficult to chew on the left side. I used the MLP, along with peppermint and tea tree essential oils. The abscess is gone and I have no issue chewing on that side any more. Now, I can't contribute the healing completely to the MLP, but I am sure the MLP helped, along with the essential oils.

I am quite satisfied with the Miramate light pad.

Kally has been very helpful. The strap on my Mira Mate cold laser X came away from the unit and could not be fixed - she speedily arranged for a new one to be sent to me.
