This place is a scam. I purchased two split end menders that I’ve used before from another website and this place sent me two completely different products and then had the nerve to give me the run around making it impossible to get my corrects items or a refund.

This review will come as no surprise as I told them I would start reviews.

They refused to provide a pre paid return label and they refused to send the correct product and they keep offering me discounts to keep the garbage they sent “ because it’s more expensive to send it back”.

So I’m out my original money, I have a garbage product that is different than they advertised and this place is a giant scam.

I recently had a disappointing experience with my order of the Dr. Melaxin Cemenrete Calcium Cream, and I feel compelled to share my experience with others considering purchasing from this store. I placed my order on February 28th, and the estimated delivery time provided by the store was not met. The item took significantly longer to arrive than promised. This was the first indication of the issues I would encounter with my purchase.Upon receiving the package, I was dismayed to find that the jar was broken. Additionally, the product's consistency and color did not match the photos and descriptions provided on the website. This raised concerns about the product's authenticity and quality. I promptly emailed the store with photos of the damaged jar and the mismatched product. On March 16th, they responded, stating that they would reach a decision within 48 hours. However, it was not until March 23rd—more than 48 hours later—that they sent an email with a tracking number for a replacement product. I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a refund, as I no longer wanted a product that did not match its description. Unfortunately, the store chose to send a replacement instead of honoring my refund request. I also noticed that they had removed items with reviews that complained about similar issues regarding product consistency.In summary, my experience with the store was unsatisfactory due to delayed shipment, product discrepancies, and unhelpful customer service. I urge potential buyers to be cautious and to review attached pictures for further assessment.

I never received my order they told me my stuff was delivered and it never was they lied and told me they sent my order out twice but I never received anything. Don't buy from company! They won't even give me a refund. Scam for sure.

I never received my order, turns out Evri delivered to the wrong address (or so the picture claims) I sent pictures of my home and they agreed that the courier made a mistake, I even went to the home of the place I thought it might have been delivered to, and they said they never got it. Maybe a dodgy driver? I don’t know, I don’t actually care. For 3 months I’ve been begging for my money back or a replacement and they just keep replying with some crap going round the houses and refuse to refund or send replacement items. £40, I just want it back. Absolute con!! Don’t trust them at all!!

This is a company who advertises on Snapchat of all places. When you purchase a product there is no indication that you are signing up to a monthly subscription. They charge you every month and send you the same products every month however the product lasts well over a month. The product itself is very basic. It’s false advertising. It’s not the worst but it’s not the greatest.
I advised I wanted to cancel the subscription coz I was unaware it was a subscription. They didn’t cancel it and instead replied with “are you sure you want to cancel”. Meanwhile they charged
Me again for another months subscription. Customer service was no help and they wouldn’t refund me what they charged me even though I had emailed them to cancel.

So my order finally got delivered and my order is damaged! Been emailing them since last week about this order and nobody even replies! Save yourself the money and the trouble ladies! Don’t buy from here.

This is probably the worst company to buy from. If you’re from the U.K., please do not use them, they use evri (the most untrustworthy delivery company) to deliver their goods. My order has been with Evri for 6 days and they are unwilling to provide me with an update. Contacted mirastiq for a refund and they sent me back a macro response saying my item was shipped from their warehouse and they cant give me a refund. Ridiculous company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS! Please also don’t believe all of their 5 star reviews online as I’m pretty sure most of those reviews are either bots or created by the company themselves to promote their products. Don’t fall for this shit guys. They’re so unhelpful.

It’s a scam.

Ordered big bundle from this site. I received order late, one of the products was changed to another and not informed beforehands. I checked products home and every single item smells very chemically and consistency are clearly different than real dr.melaxin brand should be. Products also not working like they should. Color and thickess of formula are not the same as in marketing videos or pictures. They use their own fake products and putting real brand labels on. Customer service did respond pretty fast, but didnt claim refund and gave me lame excuses, not even related to my isssues. DO NOT BUY HERE! IT IS A SCAM.

Items still haven’t been delivered, i ordered on the 15th, got an email saying they can’t deliver my package because it’s in a remote area and will be refunded.. i just checked and i got refunded this morning. but i also got another email this morning and yesterday saying it’s on its way??

they should of said on the website that they can’t deliver to certain places. don’t say that you ship to the uk when you clearly don’t.

Long shipment, but good at response. But products don't work at all.

Scam. Ordered a lot. Still have not received my items. Tracking is off.
