I ordered a salwar suit and it looked lovely on the website but when it arrived, it was nothing like the pictures. Mirraw claimed that the suit was exactly as described and that it was due to ‘screen resolution’. They weren’t - issues ranged from embellishments advertised as gold but were actually silver, a large cut out at the back of the suit which wasn’t mentioned on the website and the overall colour was a golden cream on the website but it was actually a murky white.

I raised a return request with customer service the day it arrived and was asked to send in photos. Fast forward a month, I never heard back so raised with PayPal (I paid with them in case of a return - lucky I did). I sent the evidence to Mirraw through PayPal and was told the item matches the description and what was advertised and was told to close my case. I escalated it to PayPal resolution centre and they ended up siding with me and I got my full refund. This wouldn’t have happened if the item was advertised correctly!

I’ve bought items from Mirraw before and things were generally ok but this experience has completely put me off and I’ll never be shopping with them again.

Such bad customer service. Never buy from here. They do not have any manners and will not try their best in making you happy. You will only regret buying from here. Have been a loyal customer for 10 years and they absolutely do not care.

I’m very satisfied with the customer service I received. Although there were some challenges related to time zone differences, the support team remained responsive and helpful throughout the process.
There were also some issues with the website, and a few of the items I originally ordered unfortunately became out of stock. However, the situation was handled in a highly professional manner. The unavailable items were promptly canceled, and I received a full refund without any complications.
Even though the experience had a few hiccups, the way the company managed the issues really stood out. Their clear communication, efficiency, and professionalism made a positive impression on me. I would definitely consider ordering from them again.

Good tracking from the website when ordered, easy to see where it was in processing and shipment, only downside was I thought our sons outfit came as a 3 piece but it was just 1 piece, a little bit confusing for those not used to ordering usually, attended a wedding and everyone loved our outfits

Trying to return items - yet no-one is seeming to reply to my emails or WhatsApp's despite reading them.

I ordered a garment from mirraw for my niece to wear at her wedding. About a week later I received correspondence to say that the garment is out of stock. I was very stressed out as this was her wedding dress. Sidhita called me and assured me that she understood my concern and that she would do everything to source the garment elsewhere from a different vendor or mirraw would refund. She gave me time to try and find another garment.
She kept me up to date about whether they could find the same garment elsewhere. She kept calm and was very respectful. Today I was contacted to say the garment cannot be sourced elsewhere. I said I have a replacement but it costs more. Sidhita liased with the sales team who then allowed me a discount for the new garment as they understood and wanted to help in the situation. I am very appreciative of sidhita’s excellent customer service that I have received and looking forward to receiving my niece’s wedding dress. I hope the workmanship is as great as it looks on the website.
