What a pleasure it was dealing with Mirrorize. I was able to get exactly the right size I needed and choose the perfect frame to match our decor. I will absolutely be a return customer as I have a couple more that we need. They were also very quick with our order. Pick up was easy and the gentlemen there were very careful with my piece and were of great assistance.

In our recent renovation we decided to only use Canadian products and we were thrilled with what we found for choices. These mirrors would fit into many decors but will look stunning in our new bathroom that has a Tuscan flair. The quality of the mirrors met our expectations and the service provided by the company was outstanding. HIGHLY recommended!

Great mirror, but I did not realize that it was made in China.

Had an issue with damaged product that was managed quickly and efficiently, with professionalism. Product is high quality and matches the price point.

We required a large mirror(46”x58”) for our dining room. Mirrorize was able to supply a great mirror. Keshav was great to deal with. Mirror was supplied within a week. Price was reasonable. Hardware supplied worked well in combination with Hangman bear claw hangers. Instructions supplied were easy to follow. Would definitely not hesitate to order a mirror from Mirrorize.

The variety of frame options available to design your own mirror is limited, but the options Mirrorize does offer covers a wide range of tastes and designs. The process was simple and clear, two features much appreciated when you’re trying to pull off a renovation in a short period of time. I ordered a bathroom mirror 66” wide and 30” high, framed with the chrome silver option in the Aria collection, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. The mirror is exactly as I ordered and it looks amazing in our main bathroom. I do wish the company was also in the east end of the GTA or that they delivered—the drive from Durham region to the store was long. But in the end, the product and the service (Barbara is awesome!) was worth the drive to Mimico!

The Choices were many and what we were looking for.
In addition, your staff was more than helpful in having the mirror delivered when it wouldn't fit in my car. It is now hanging and looks great!

Excellent selection of mirrors! Friendly, fast and helpful experience purchasing a beveled mirror at a cost below Wayfair and Amazon. Although delivery was available, I chose to pick up - packaging was amazing and additional wall brackets were provided bc of the weight.

Amazing customer experience start to finish!

I recently purchased a third mirror from Mirrorize Canada. This purchase was a premade mirror, while the previous two were custom-made. All three are of excellent quality. One had a tiny scratch on the mirror, and they were swift to make it right. Between the quality of the products and the customer service, I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

The Teyana mirror is a beautiful mirror. The company does respond quickly to emails with questions. Unfortunately, I ordered the mirror and it is too small (my fault as I clearly didn't do my math properly). I since found the same mirror on another website but in 2 sizes. I asked Mirrorize if they could get the larger size, however they cannot. Knowing the website states there are no refunds at all due to the "custom made to order" refund policy, I thought I would ask about a refund anyway as the mirror was not "custom made" for me and is available on another website. They will not provide a refund as ALL mirrors on their website are considered custom made to order even if it is a "stock" item and was not built specifically for the customer nor "uniquely crafted to the needs and desire of the user". My recommendation is that the company consider changing the wording of their refund policy to more clearly reflect that the "stock" mirrors are considered custom made to order as it might be somewhat misleading to the consumer.

I'm glad we were be able to see the frame samples in person. Ordering online was easy and the product was ready in a week. The mirror and frame had no flaws and installation was easy due to the pre-installed D rings.

We ordered a large customized mirror for our bathroom vanity and it was ready within a week. We are very pleased with the excellent quality of the mirror. The staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful mirror

Where to start? I give this company 5 stars and if I could give more I would. There was a small issue with shipping out of province and when I notified them they shipped my whole order with given instructions and even waived the shipping fees for the trouble. One of the mirrors arrived cracked and they shipped another one right away, again with no fees. This is by far our best customer experience we've had building a new home this past year. I wish all companies were responsive and customer focused like this one. Go Canada!

Mirrorize has great quality mirrors with stylish frames. We have used them twice to modernize our bathrooms. They are easy to deal with; provide a quality product; at a reasonable price!

I reached out and gave a very vague description of something that I thought I might have seen on their website and they amazingly figured out what I meant and found it (though it was no longer on their site). everybody was so kind so helpful. it was an absolute pleasure doing business with them.
