I placed an order earlier this week, only to be contacted today to say that they won't deliver to my area in the UK! They cancelled the order without even asking if I would like it delivered to an alternative address.
So I guess they don't want my money.
Now that I've read the reviews on here I can see they are getting a lot of bad feedback and I have to say I can see why.

If i could give 0 i would, i placed an order for a large item through the range, the order arrived smashed, however in the packaging so either smashed then packaged or smashed in transit, when we removed it from the cardboard packaging the glass started coming forward in the bubble wrap! as i am only 5ft and the mirror was so much taller than me i chose to leave it in the wrapping, i sent all images to the range got no response i tried calling messaging etc, its took 3 weeks to get a response, and i have also contacted the mirror outlet, there response being all you sent is an image of broken glass (not correct) and they cant help unless i get the item collected, i have 2 children under the age of 5 in the house and there was no way i would keep an item this size damaged in my home! its a wonder it didn't come through the bubble wrap that would have been a disaster! no help from customer service! i am now seeking legal advice.

The picture on line doesn’t do it justice beautiful mirror! The service was fab too I messaged to say I wouldn’t be in on the day of delivery, David messaged to try and rearrange in the meantime fragalistics got in touch to say delivery would be nice and early so no need to rearrange, impressed that a specialist delivery service is used too ! Highly recommend

I originally received an extra large lean-to mirror that had been damaged in transit. However I'm giving 5 stars because David went above and beyond to get a replacement sent out to me, and the original mirror was collected. The communication was excellent and I got email confirmations from the transit company and then further notification of the delivery time window. I now have a beautiful mirror in my lounge and I am a satisfied customer. Thank you David and team at Mirror Outlet!

Really surprised by the poor reviews for this retailer. I have now bought three large size (one hanging, two 'lean-to's') mirrors over 18 months and each time the price, product and service has been fantastic. I rarely give five star reviews, but they deserve it.

So disappointed, we bought a large mirror from mirror outlet, and after 6 month's the mirror is bowed and almost falling off the wall. They refuse to help as its been over 6 months. Poor product and even poorer service.

Discrimination for women as they refuse to deliver unless you carry large objects over 8 stone
Women are told to carry large 7ft mirrors to homes or flats up to several floors
Will be suing them

Following reading the reviews I was very concerned about placing an order with Mirror Outlet, but with great offers that the competition couldn't match I decided to take the risk.

From order to delivery the whole process was excellent. My mirror was delivered in a timely manner and the driver waited to allow me to check the mirror to ensure it was not damaged.

Can't speak for others but I had an excellent experience and very happy with my mirror.

Had two outdoor mirrors delivered. Excellent delivery service. Mirrors as advertised and good quality. Good communication with customer service when I asked about delivery.

I recently purchased a large mirror and have to say the entire experience was exemplary. The ordering simple and the delivery communication second to none. 10/10

Customer service is appalling. Please beware of DODGY company Mirror Outlet, they took my payment via PayPal 10 days ago and I kept calling for delivery. One arrogant guy Anthony on the phone kept lying about payment not being cleared, on Monday, he said payment was cleared and delivery would be Tuesday/Wednesday. Today, when I called the delivery company, they said no delivery had been booked by Mirror Outlet, now I've lost £139 with no item delivered. This is online daytime robbery. I will file a complaint with Trading Standards as well as a case in small claims court.

Fantastic. Ordered 5 sheets of Mirror Glass for my home gym. They arrived within 5 days in perfect condition via Fragilistics. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Large mirror ordered that arrived with glass smashed to bits. When contacted, they refused to arrange a return, collect the mirror or cover disposal costs saying 'it should fit in your bin', so I now have a huge, useless item that has shards of glass in it that doesn't come close to fitting in the bin. Will either have to try and break it up without getting cut to ribbons and glass all over the floor, or pay for disposal out of my own pocket. Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with and they've clearly done the same thing to many others.

What a shambles of a shop. I ordered a mirror a couple of weeks ago and when it arrived, the frame was cheap, cracked and just overall of a very very poor standard. I emailed right away to return the product and it's been 2 weeks now and still no reply. I'm not sure who is putting in all these positive reviews but DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

Great price. The delivery guy helped me try and get it up the stairs but it didn't look like it was going to fit and he told me about the free collection and returns if I couldn't get it up them, but I managed it in the end! Very pleased!!

Terrible experience , mirror outlet refused to collect the mirror even though I was well within my 14 day return cooling off period. As for the mirror it was extremely low budget and cheap. Would not recommend ever! Poor product and poor service.

Failed to deliver.
Having moved I needed new fixings for my mirror that would fit those still in place on the back of it.
Mirroroutlet said they had sent them twice and would not try again. I live in an easily accessible road near a major city and have not had problems with other suppliers.
They did refund the money but did not reply to my request for information about how to make a complaint.

Really appalled by this company. Had a large mirror delivered which was smashed to pieces in the packaging. When I contacted them to return they said it will take 2 weeks for a courier to pick up and that I have to wait even longer for a refund. So I have to keep a dangerous smashed up item in my home for 2 weeks and no refund probably for at least 4. Their Customer Services person did not apologise and advised me not to raise the issue again!!!! Pretty disgusting!!!!

I ordered a diamond crush fire not realising it was not suitable for what i wanted. I tried to cancel but they said i would lose 80 pound cancellation fee as they have already ordered it. It was supposed to come in early june, ive now been told the end of august. I would certainly avoid this company.How can they justify waiting 3 months for an item to be delivered.
