Hi Marcus,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear that you feel disappointed; however, we feel this does not accurately reflect your experience with us, and we would like to clarify the timeline of events.

Your order was placed on 15 January with free standard delivery, which has a delivery timeframe of 6–15 working days.
On 28 January, you contacted us requesting an update. We responded the same day asking for your order number, as no order details were included in your initial email. You replied later that day. As this was a general enquiry and still within the stated delivery timeframe, our standard customer service response time of 1–2 working days applied.

On 30 January, you chased the update and we responded promptly, confirming your scheduled delivery date and time slot, which fell within the standard delivery window. As part of our standard process for large items such as mirrors, we asked you to confirm that someone would be available to accept delivery, as these items cannot be left in a safe place or with a neighbour unless arranged in advance.

We did not receive a response, so we sent a reminder email on 2 February, the day before delivery. When we still did not hear back, we attempted further contact the same day via phone call, left a voicemail and sent a text message, followed by an additional text advising the time by which confirmation was required, as our in-house delivery team was loading the vehicle. As no confirmation was received, we sent a final email explaining that we were unable to proceed with the delivery as scheduled due to the lack of confirmation.

We believe we made significant and reasonable efforts to contact you across multiple communication channels and dates. As we were unable to confirm an alternative delivery date, and it is not sustainable to dispatch a delivery driver without confirmation that someone will be present, a full refund has now been processed.

We are disappointed that you feel this way and regret that this situation could not be resolved differently. We do, however, welcome any future orders from you and would be happy to assist again should you choose to shop with us.
