The right tool makes any job easier. That’s especially true in the kitchen. The problem is, people have to choose between cheap, low-quality kitchen tools and overpriced “premium” brands. Neither of these seemed like a good option, so we decided to make something better.

I've been a customer and user of Misen products since the initial Kickstarter initiative. Since then, I have bought pots, knives, spatulas, etc., and have become a big fan. Just recently had an issue with a Dutch Oven that I purchased several years back.
I contacted customer support and supplied an explanation and pictures of my issue.
Within one day, the situation was resolved in a very fair and positive way. The customer service communication was incredible.
It's good to have good products. It's better to have great customer service and it's incredible to have both! I will continue to buy products from this company because they stand behind what they make.
When the AI support bot routed me to representatives, I found them to be responsive and helpful
I had a minor issue with my stainless steel pan and reached out to customer service. They responded in less than one business day with recommendation on stainless steel care instructions and very kindly provided a replacement order as well. Great care and great resolution
Even before I receive the product which I'm really looking forward to, I'm really impressed with the gold standard customer care I received. Their replies were almost instant, friendly and very helpful to any query I had. Also I had accidently ordered prior to the Black Friday 25% discount and although they didn't need to, they refunded me the difference.
Will leave another review when I get the chance to use the pans.
Misen customer support was very helpful and generous, this alongside good products for reasonable prices keeps me coming back.
After ordering, they had a discount. I asked them if they'd honor it with my order, which I hadn't received yet. They immediately applied it to my order. I received the pans and my first impression and use of them is that they are fantastic. I look forward to using them more and seeing how the carbon non-stick hold up over time as I'm tired of the cheap aluminum with the coating that flakes off quickly.
Aside from Misen’s superior nitrated carbon pan, which should be a must for all kitchens, the customer support has always been prompt and satisfied any questions I may have had.
Genuinely great products at fair prices. Clean, modern, intuitive website. Customer support responsive and helpful. A seriously excellent company.
I backed a Misen product on Kickstarter and then missed the close date for survey responses. This was the second Kickstarter of theirs I had backed. (I love my cast iron pot, skillet and silicon lid and use them weekly).
I reached out asking if there was any way I could still get the product. Their customer service is excellent, the staff are so lovely, and my Carbon Non-stick Pan is on its way. I'm very excited to get it. ❤️
I purchased three Misen pans for my daughters for Christmas. I watched Alton Brown use one in a cooking video and was so impressed with the pan I knew my girls would love one as a gift. A few days later, I noticed the pans went on sale. I reached out to the company asking if they would honor the sale price for me and refund the difference. I didn't really expect they would BUT they did! I was so pleased. Thank you Misen
They offered me an extra 10% when i seen it cheaper than when i purchased it.
I purchased the 8" Carbon Nonstick a few weeks ago and I loved it! It's really nonstick! I tried another brand at the same time, the Anolon equivalent and was immediately regretful that I didn't stick with Misen. Their version is more high maintenance and not nearly as nonstick as the Misen. I purchased the 10" last week and received it yesterday. I cooked my husband an amazing steak with a good sear on it, and I just wiped it off with soap and water when I finished. It's lighter weight than my cast iron and less maintenance. I love it! I've recommended it to all my friends.
I ordered several items from Misen. When one turned out to be faulty, I felt concerned. I worried about the costs associated with returning an item. The support service with Misen was amazing. It was completely hassle free and free. Thank you!
I reached out to Customer Care for a price adjustment when their Black Friday deal was announced. I expected the standard “here’s why we can’t” response.
To my surprise and pleasure I had a note back in less than 15 minutes telling me a credit was being issued for the price difference. The credit posted to my AMEX card 5 minutes later.
Misen gets an A+ for their actions.
I had an issue with a frying pan I purchased from Misen. I wrote to them and a real person wrote back immediately. We exchanged several emails and the representative was extremely helpful and accommodating. I would say I’ve never had such good customer support before or since. Highly recommend!! They back their product up!
They are responsive, personal, and very reasonable to deal with. I feel confident purchasing knowing that they aim to take care of me as a customer.

Misen's knives are fantastic: sharp, sturdy, perfect blend of hardness. I've used the chef's knife for years, and it is a beautifully sharp workhorse. But their customer service is just as sharp. When FedEx mishandled a gift shipment to my son in Chicago, they jumped in immediately to supply a free replacement with free shipping. Great company, great people!
I ordered and used a 15% discount - However, before I received my order, I received an e-mail with offer of a 25% discount (Pre- Black Friday Sale) .Customer Service credited the extra 10% back to my credit card of payment shortly after I notified them. This was gracious and responsible!
