The owner was so sweet with amazing customer service, leading to me receiving my products with 3 days. The products of course were no less, they were of good quality, without any damage and they were at such a reasonable price too. While there were delays in getting my items, none of these were under the control of the staff at Miso Paper. I had great communication from the company owner and she did make recompense for those issues. Miso Paper has really lovely and often unusual items and a customer care approach second to none.
