Disappointed with customer service response to my delivery enquiry they just told me to follow tracking from evri which I had already done. Don’t think it’s an issue with evri have other deliveries and I feel they could have contact evri for me as tracking hasn’t changed in last 2 days. Very disappointed as I wanted the earrings for an event.

The website is very user-friendly and the purchase experience was very smooth. The delivery timeline was very reasonable and the jewellery came in beautifully presented packaging.

My package was delivered to the wrong place (by Evri) and was stolen by the time I located where the driver had left it. I told Missoma, and they quickly resolved the issue.

I love this company. I’ve bought numerous pieces of jewellery - rings, necklaces and earrings and the quality is brilliant. Recently I had a slight fault with a ring and the customer service was outstanding, I received a response within a minute of putting through my query in the late evening and they sorted out my issue within 10 minutes.
