That company ships goods. They never arrive. Now they want me to fill out forms to get my money back. Otherwise they just keep it.

Just another case of bad customer service. Would advise to go to other places which are more relieable!

First of all the store in Berlin is amazing. Such a great selection of classy products.
Second I was on vacation in Berlin when I made my purchase. I had a problem with it upon returning to the USA and contacted customer service. They replaced my product no questions asked and shipped it to me in the USA.

Zelf kom ik regelmatig bij mr B in Amsterdam, fijn personeel ze nemen de tijd voor je ( waar vind je dat nog) adviseren en zegen eerlijk of het staat of niet.
Als er tijd is wordt je kleding gelijk aan gepast.
Binnenkort maar weer eens langs gaan voor meer leren kleding

anderhalve maand op een leren collar met witte bies aan het wachten, al voor niets naar antwerpen op en neer geweest om evt daar op te halen, maar door miscommunicatie van de 2 bedrijven voor niets gereden.
probeer al 2 weken in contact te komen maar krijg steeds iemand anders aan de telefoon die dan weer zegt dat ie niet in het systeem kan, en dat ik dan terug gebeld zal worden, maar ook dat gebeurt nooit, wij hebben hier voor een aantal duizenden euro's aan spullen gekocht, jammer dat we zo moeten breken over een collar van 40 euro...
1 dag na deze review hebben ze de order refunded, dus nu heb ik 2 maanden gewacht voor niets, en voor niets naar antwerpen geweest, dit was de laatste keer dat wij hier iets kochten

They charge 20 euro's for a bottle of poppers which you can buy online for 7,25euro excluding packing but even then they are overcharging there customers, they claim it's because of Ukraine which is total B.S. From now on i buy my poppers online so they have just lost another customer because they are being too greedy. They should buy there own supplies from these sites because it is obvious they are or lying to there customers or being ripped off themselves by there own suppliers. A real pity because the store is nice & the staff too but i don't need to be ripped off.

Prior to ordering I asked a question about them, which was promptly answered. I ordered a pair of MisterB motor boots at 3pm on the 28th November 2021 and they arrived with me in the UK around 10:30 am on the 30th. With Brexit it is a slight hassle having to pay for the boots "twice". Firstly MisterB charge you exclusive of their local taxes and then secondly you have to pay the courier separately for the UK taxes/import duty along with a handling fee before they can deliver. Thankfully, the boots fit well and I'm very happy. Can't wait to christen them.

Product nog niet ontvangen, volgens zeggen een goede koop met een prettig vooruitzicht. Ben wel gelukkige eigenaar van de A box uit 2006 en vertouw op de kwaliteit die ik met de A box van E-stim_sytems heb ervaren.

Mr-B is een zeer nette zaak waar het niet alleen draait ping kassa. Ze heren laten je netjes aan neuzen naar produkten. Gisteren uit de serie dung de Jimmy gekocht, erg mooi product. Wat ik zelf vergeten ben is om te vragen of er een zuignap bij moet?. Ik raad deze winkel zeker aan.

Ordered two fist dildos and they were absolutely pathetic. Hands down (pardon the pun) the most disappointed I’ve been with a toy purchase. They do NOT look like the pictures and the dimensions listed are wholly inaccurate. Never purchasing from this site again

Fast delivery, great products, good e-mail information about delivery. Talking about delivery: having to provide your phone number for delivery purrposes should be optional instead of mandatory. The products are great, (e-)service is excellent.
The online shopping process offers an opportunity for improvement in data processing and data storing. This might either be at Mister B or the third party delivery partner... but there is no need for excessive data processing in the delivery process, an adress should be enough.
