I had lots Of difficulties over the last few years with renting my property , as I live in Hungary, And couldn’t find a reliable team to help me. I lost lots Of money while being with another team as they left my flat empty for months, as weren’t able to find a tenant.
As soon as Sarah took over this job, everything got sorted within days, I get answer to my e-mails immediately, anything needs to be repaired , or fixed, it’s done within days, my new tenant is moving in within a month, everything is going nice And smooth now. I can only recommend them!

I wasn't happy to be a tenant of Mistoria until manager Sarah Boothroyd visited me together with the new landlord and I realised that some people really want to do their job properly. I was a bit angry with them due to lack of repairs in the property but Sarah was very friendly and professional and tried to sort out the issues. I have been a client of the Mistoria Group for about 6 years. During this time they have managed a number of rental properties for me. While many company's enthusiasm wanes with time, this has not been the case with Mistoria. They continue to invest in their people and systems and have proved their worth time and again.

Landlord let himself into the property on multiple occasions with no notice to tenants. Repair people sent to the property and not always with enough notice, and occasionally with no notice at all. Continuous disruptive building work in and around the property during the tenancy. Felt difficult to relax in the place that was supposed to be home due to strangers coming in and out to fix one thing after another, that could have been done before the tenancy or even afterwards. Access was on occasion needed to my room, on occasions where I was told it would just be the communal spaces. If this wasn’t the case and I had received more communication it wouldn’t have been quite so bad, but it really felt like I wasn’t respected as a tenant.
