I like the classic inhealer but the company do not answer email enquiries.
When i enquired about the date they may have some new stock I was told earlier this year in February that they were relaunching in May.
I have sent 4 enquiries since then and have had zero responses so far.
This is the best thing I could find, I’m thrilled and immediately placed another order!

The product is fine, the price is high. The deliver by Ups was not right, because I had been waiting for hours(the range of time given) and after they left at a pick up place .

Hello, I am sorry you experienced delays from UPS and unfortunately one in their system we don't have any control over their service. the shipping reflects exactly the costs that we are charged. We are sorry though and we are glad you like the product. Please don;t forget we offer free shipping if you order over 65 Euros worth of products. We hope you will not be put off by your UPS experience and that you will order from us again?
My order got shipped really fast.
However due to personal reasons I decided I wanted to cancel or return my items. The first time they replied quite fast saying my parcel was already shipped so cancelling was not an option but returning was possible (which I understand!)
They also asked why I wanted to return, I answered this too.
BUT after replying to them and sending a new mail, basically contacting them three times about wanting to return my order, they still have not given me any instructions or an address to return my parcel to...
They stopped replying after they got an aswer to their question of why I wanted to return but never let me know how exactly to return.
The website isn't very clear about this... only that I have to pay for tracked shipped, fair enough, but no return option, no clear return instructions,.. Best I can do now is return to the address that's mentioned on the bottom of their site and hope for the best? 🤷🏻♀️

They got back to me saying a return was not needed and offered me a full refund.

Hi Stephanie, sorry you experienced a delay in replying, I was waiting for permission to allow you to keep the goods. We dont have a return address on the website as it depends where you are returning the goods to according to what country you are in. We always want our customers to be satisfied so I am glad you can enjoy at no cost to you. Refund was issued before we saw this review, Happy Misting!
