I placed an order in September and never received the products.
After contacting customer service, I was given contradictory information several times: first they said the package was delivered, then that it had been stolen, and later that it was damaged during transit. No valid proof of delivery was ever provided.
Instead of issuing a proper refund, the company repeatedly tried to pressure me into accepting partial refunds (50%, then 80%), which I refused. Eventually, they confirmed in writing that a full refund had been processed and that I would receive the money within 5–7 business days.
The refund was never made.
This is not a shipping issue but a clear pattern of delay, misinformation and avoidance of their legal obligation to refund for an undelivered order. I have had to open a chargeback with my bank and report the case to consumer protection authorities.
