I bought mitchum roll on deodorant it's 50ml unscented and I have been left with burns under my arms i have tried to contact company and no one is getting back to me this needs sorting out batch number is S25617A I have left my email address and phone number but no contact from company which I find to be disgusting from a large company that is ok leaving customers in pain.
Worst company for deodorant , totally irresponsible.
I bought one of the deodorant which was the recalled batch, i filled in the form asking for refund since last year, they replied and said will bank in into my provided bank account within 10-15 working days. Up until today, received nothing. I have been using their deodorant for at least 6 - 8 years, now i am totally let down by their service and dare not ever buy their products anymore. I think trust pilot review website should give us an option to choose no star for this kind of irresponsible company or negative star to warn other users not to buy their products anymore. Given that the deodorant only costs me £3, and they wont even put any single effort to pay back the £3, i cant expect anymore good business ethics from this company.

Stick with whatever brand you normally use, save your money
Bottle states 72hour sweat and odour protection, i'd decided to give a new product a trial and happened to be an offer on in a local supermarket, therefore I tried but ive gone back to my old trusty, cause these deodorants are in my opinion odourless and as for 72hr protection i'm only giving them the 2 hour and lucky to get that no idea where on earth the company got the other 70 hours from.
Ethics, continuous R&D testing, customer empathy and action - non existent
Firstly, I have held off writing this review to give the company time to reply.
Contacted Mitchum to let them know I had reacted to one of their deodorants which was part of the faulty batch and that my teenage daughter had also reacted to a different Mitchum roll on.
The response from Mitchum - NO RESPONSE!
What can I say, this company appears to lack ethics, empathy to its customers and as for continuous R&D testing when changing production methods - you have to question what was in place?
It's pretty horrifying seeing your teenager left with a bleeding underarm after using a new Mitchum deodorant once. To then be gaslit by the company when you use their contact us method is abhorrent.
Mitchum, unless you approach this issue in a more unified manner your customer base will diminish even further.

I was a victim of the batch which causes armpit burns. I realised this through videos on social media posted by other people who bought the product before Mitchum took any accountability or realised there was an issue despite complaints. I contacted them twice through their process they pushed on social media, I have the product with the affected batch number. It’s been roughly 4 months and I haven’t received a response let alone a resolution. Completely unacceptable. I have lost all trust in the brand. I now question the integrity of all their products and feel completely let down by the non existent customer service.

Avoid full stop
Like many others I suffered with arm pit burns, and rashes from their ingredient change scandal. I contacted Mitchum many times, and received the worst AI copy and paste replies I've ever seen. After jumping through every hoop, they finally agreed to send some vouchers in November, (months after the issues). To date I've received nothing.
I'd also like to mention how I, and I suspect most other people found out about their disastrous ingredients change, and that was through members of the public making videos about it. Not from Mitchum themselves, and definitely not from retailers that have sold their products.
I'm now completely avoiding them in the future, in case it happens again.

I had painful burns to both armpits but like the others, no response from Mitchum after following their process to submit a product complaint.
My biggest concern is the product lot/stock number was not listed on their website as a known issue, despite the fact it was obviously causing burns and they don’t care. Definitely not a company I would trust for health or skin care going forward.

I didn't use the product but trying to get a refund is not worth the time and trouble. That's likely why they do it. Attaching photos, proof of purchase, full personal information and banking details they requested. This isn't necessary as I bought it from Amazon. I contacted them initially through Amazon but no response whatsoever.

Their faulty products caused my arm pit so much pain I could not sleep properly for over six weeks and could not close my arm pits or use any products.
I have a email trail proving my GP reports and photos, did they care.... Over 16 email not dealt with since August.. they sent me 2 £5 vouchers.. this is a public health issue and they should be held to account by the law... Looking to do a Bio if anyone interested in exposing this cover up.

I have no words how appalling this company is. Brilliant companies should be judged on their crisis management. Mitchum and Revlon haven’t got a clue. My daughter was affected by the faulty product and had severe burns under her arms which had to be treated by the doctor. The lack of empathy, remorse and any sense of an apology has been unbelievable. They do not care. Do not reply. Have no sense of customer care and clearly do not want to accept responsibility for harming their customers through a faulty product. Their tactic is to bury their heads in the sand in the hope that people will give up and go away. You should be ashamed of yourselves

Terrible service
Terrible service! Had terrible itching and burning red patches under arms for weeks. Didn`t realise it was deodorant as I have used for decades. Thought it was a fungal infection after sweating so much during 4 summer heatwaves. It was only when a pharmacist confirmed it was the deodorant after a friend of hers had suffered the exact symptoms. Sent a questionaire which I filled in and returned. Got an email promising me £7 but it never arrived despite giving my bank details. Chased up by phone but still nothing. I think given that there are so many of us with this issue we should consider taking it further by way of one of the consumer programmes. They can`t be allowed to get away with this. Bad enough that we have suffered extreme pain and God knows what internal damage may have been caused, without adding insult to injury and not even paying us our money back!

Received bad deodrant from a bad batch. Have emailed them and not gotten a response. Very dissapointing from a company that has made such a major screw up.
Shocking treatment from Revlon
Seriously unhappy that I have to leave a 1 star review as it’s genuinely 0 stars based on their horrendous customer service. I was one of the unfortunate ones who got burns under my arms after using Mitchum deodorant after they changed the manufacturing. I can accept that things happen however the way my complaint with Mitchum / Revlon has been handled is appalling, I’ve had to chase up each email sent as don’t get a reply the first time. Each time they send me a document, I’ve told them I don’t have the facility to open yet they keep replying with this type of document. I’ve sent them photos and the next email asks me for photos again so they appear to have lost or deleted them. They’ve offered me a £7 voucher or a £3.50 refund for the burns to my underarms, completely ignoring the time and stress it took for me to recover. All I want is a genuine apology but they are way too big a company to offer this instead quoting some customer service handbook which turns it back on me. Avoid at all costs. Support smaller local companies who deal with customer service much more efficiently and fairly. I’m well aware I’m a little fish in a massive pond to them but still, appallingly treatment and customer service.

Customer service appalling. I had a severe allergic reaction to their deodorant. Got in touch with customer service and they sent me a questionnaire which I filled out and returned. Now they seem to be ignoring me. I used cortisone cream for 10 days which improved things but I still have scarring and outbreaks of the rash.
Back to the doctors next week for advice.
