During the initial order I was tricked into an "UPGRADE ". It was not an upgrade , it was a second order for a total of $323.95. After taking it for 60 days I realized that it was not working at all. It was very difficult to find the information for a return. From the date of purchase until the date I sent it in the mail, was 90 days. After waiting almost a month for a response I contacted Mitolyn through email. They informed me that my return was outside of the refund window.😬 I WAS SCAMMED AND RIPPED OFF! I wish I had read the reviews before I bought this product. We live and learn.

The product doesn't work , after trying it for 3 months with no weight loss as promised, they refused a refund. It's a scam.

DO NOT BUY!! This is a complete scam. If you try and return the product, they won't refund your money. Try other products and don't get suckered in by them!

I would give this product a minus number if possible. This product is a joke and is two notches below a scam! I took it faithfully and did not lose one ounce. If you are reading this and thinking of buying the product, please save your money. The company needs to be put out of business for selling snake oil that is absolutely worthless. The only weight you would lose from the product will come from the exercise you get when you throw away the bottles you have left. And as for a refund, don’t bother trying you will not get one.

Scam company. Do not buy this product. Does not do nothing. This company should be sued but most of scam companies like this get away with it. Scam companies like this one knows it is not working and they get rich with their first order, and then pack up and leave with millions. Tried it for months, and was gaining weight instead of losing weight.

Total scam. Doesn’t work for weight loss at all. I wasted my money. Difficult to get in touch with company to ask for refund. I gave up. Don’t waste your money

I used this product for 75 days with absolutely no difference in either weight loss or energy levels. I took it exactly as suggested. I contacted the company three times questioning the lack of success but was reassured and advised to keep going. I eventually asked for my 90 days full refund (75 days after commencing) Unfortunately the 90 day period starts from the day of ordering not the day I received the order which took two and a half weeks to arrive and the refund was only available if the unused product was returned to the company and in their possession at the 90 day deadline. This was not possible within the timeframe of when I was informed of this requirement. I feel this is a scam and I feel I have been scammed. I was eventually offered and accepted a 25% refund, it was either this or nothing. Buyer beware!

I gave the 90 day supply the full 90 days to work, then I waited a week to see if there was any difference in how I felt. On both counts, weight loss and energy levels, it was a bust. When I tried to get a refund, I was informed that I was out of the 90 day return window - which I am pretty certain I wasn't told there was one (but I can't be certain of that). I'm not even certain when that window starts - shipment date or receipt date. In any case, if you want to try this, make sure you return the product as soon as you realize this doesn't work.

I did try this and obviously one product will not work for everyone, it’s like the saying you can’t please all of the people all of the time.
However I did try it for 1.5 months and unfortunately it didn’t work for me either. But they did refund me, therefore it isn’t a scam. If it was a scam you wouldn’t get a refund, but they do refund.
I would say that if you are thinking of trying this product then make sure you keep all of the original packaging and invoice, because if you need to return it for whatever reason you will need to have it. It may well work for you, good luck 🤞

I tried Mitolyn for 2 months and returned the 3 bottles for a refund because it did not work. If it seems too good to be true don't buy it. I read all the reviews before buying it. I lost 20 pounds before I bought it and tried to lose 5 more without success, so I thought I would try it but could not even lose 1 pound while taking Mitolyn. I exercise hard and eat high protein low carb foods. It is a scam!! There is NO EASY way to lose weight. I just need work harder. I hope this review gets posted.

This company is a scam. I got 6 months of the product because that was recommended. I contacted the company after 60 days of using the product with not a single result. It did not help me shed fat, did not speed my metabolism, did not give me more energy. Did not do any of the things promised. When I contacted the company, I got some canned AI responses as they went back and forth with me implying that I didn't use the product correctly. As I asked for my refund, I was told that in order to get the refund I needed to send back ALL of the bottles, whether empty, partially full or full (at my own expense) plus the ORIGINAL packing slip. This was NOT the "no questions asked' refund advertised on the website. I was then told I was outside the 90 day window anyway so I would not be offered a refund even if I did send the product back. They make promises and use tactics to get your money. I'm guessing between the product and the business practices, we will see this unavailable within the next year.,

This product does not work.l took it as prescribed for three months and did not lose a gram. I contacted customer support and got the usual generic responses. This is a scam. Do not waste your hard earnt money. This product poses no threat to the weight loss industry.

This is a scam. I paid 335NZD for three bottles and they say they did not receive my order.

I paid over $276.00 for a six week supply. I took over three weeks to get it, and then using it for a week, with same diet, more exercise, I've gained five pounds. This is a scam, don't let yourself be scammed

Does this product actually contain any active ingredients that can be detected by biochemical assay? I am considering having it tested. My weight went UP by 4.6kg during the eight weeks I have taken it so far! The actual manufacturer will only issue the "100% guaranteed money-back" offer if ALL the product is returned to them - rather difficult.

I ordered 6 bottles and have used 3 so far with NO results. Still craving sweets so there has been NO appetite control or reduction. I am sure I will be returning these and getting a refund. They cost way too much for NO results.

I, like many others it seems, fell for the pitch. The strength of belief espoused, combined with a money back guarantee, seemed like a “no lose”. The product landed a few weeks after ordering and I started taking them. After two weeks my weight had increased so I wrote to them. The response encouraged me to keep going as it “sometimes takes up to 90 days” for the effect to kick in.

After taking the supplement for around 80 days, my weight had further increased. Conscious of the 90 day period for money back, I wrote requesting a refund.

Should have read the fine print.

They have rejected the request - apparently it is 90 days from ordering - regardless of how long delivery takes / and the encouragement to continue taking them up to 90 days.

So clearly im the target market - someone who listens to their advice and exhausts the money back period.

So the product did nothing. I have gained weight. The money back guarantee is worthless.

Avoid this product and company. It is not cheap, and their focus is on extracting money - not helping - at least that’s my experience

So like so many other reviews here i am finally finding a place to leave an honest review. The product did not work. I took for over 60 days and lost no weight and I am very active.
So I sent the unopened bottles, the empty bottles and the one bottle about 2/3 full back to the return center as per their instructions and surprise surprise the refund was denied. When you read the reviews on their site they are obviously fake, why would I say that because I was never asked to leave a review and there is no place to actually leave a review. It took a while for me to even find a site to leave an actual review.
