Bad customer service after losing my package. I'm a new customer. I placed an order which got lost. Weeks later, they still don't know where my package is, despite several requests from me. They have offered a full replacement or to place a new order. That's the LEAST they should do. I asked for a 25% discount on the replacement order, they refused.

This company doesn't sell vitamins! It creates fake subscriptions, withdraws money from clients' accounts without authorization, retains clients' money, and doesn't return it.

I have been on a subscription for a year or two now. Some months ago I cancelled for a while but restarted without a problem. Now I want to stop for a while again but there’s NO obvious cancel subscription link. Although they say there is it is not obvious or it has been removed. If this is true I will never order again. As very scammy! So if someone can link me to the cancel please?

I’ve been using this for a month and haven’t noticed any difference (except with my bank balance). This company is super efficient at regular billing but flakey when it comes to customer service, shopping, or anything else really . I was billed two weeks ago and still haven’t received it. I can see from the tracking that it was only shipped yesterday.

Received bottle with no contents. They did send bottle with replacement. HOWEVER, looking over my receipt there is NOTHING on the order indicating I have been signed up for recurring ordering. I received email today ( 90 days later) saying card will be charged. VERY DIFFICULT To cancel this apparently default 3 month delivery and impossible to stop the charges. I tried to cancel my card with them and they have website saying they are down for maintenance and impossible to change this. Have contacted them and demanded they NOT ship and NOT charge my card. BEWARE this company. Again I have NO RECEIPT from them saying I authorized use of my card with recurring payment and more product requested. VERY HARD to cancel what seems to be set up by default if you order from them. Caveat emptor!!!
