I thought I had come across a terrific print on demand and fulfillment service for my children's book series. The print cost was great. The proof copy I got was awesome! So I went Head with publishing. But when I went to actually buy one of my books to send to my mother, that $4.60 print cost suddenly had taxes and shipping attached to it. I know that is how POD works. BUT - the price jumped to OVER $51.00!!! $34.00 to ship one 5.5"x8.5" 48 page booklet! Tell me. Who is ever going to pay $51.00 for a child's book? Had to cancel the order and find another provider.

The website offers all the info needed for someone new to printing to make choices and format the material correctly, the quote building tool is very helpful and precise, and the uploading UX is very straightforward. The printed material came out exactly as expected and was cut perfectly. It didn't take too long to ship.

Paid for expedited shipping AND GOT NOTHING!
The order may not even be ready on the day it was supposed to be DELIVERED!!!

This situation is IN PROGRESS RIGHT NOW.
The CS manager assures me he will contact me shortly if the problem can be resolved in time for the wedding that the item is for!!!

Absolute pleasure to deal with!
The support team were very responsive and helpful. My order was extremely time sensitive and placed quite late. Everything arrived right on time. The quality was above my expectations.

This is our third time using them and the quality is consistent.

Affordable, quality paper, careful printing

Paid for expediting shipping and were notified at the last minute it would not happen.We were not offered any sort of compensation but we needed them so we paid additional for overnight shipping which, again, was not done. They would not offer a refund after this. Absolutely unacceptable. Either fulfill your obligations or don't say you can.

I absolutely love my journals! The customer service via chat was super helpful! I have ZERO complainants! The virtual book that you can see as you’re organizing turned out to be EXACTLY how my journals came! I love this company and will be using for all my printing for my journals!

I needed my zine in a quick turn around time and there was so many options to get my zine on time. When I received it, I was super happy with the product! The descriptions of the paper was helpful so I know what exactly I was getting. My only thing was that the color of the cover definitely shifted more to cool/darker tones. I still really liked it however but it's important to note.

I first ordered from Mixam in 2022. They always do an amazing job printing my books(manga). They really take the time to review the pages and let you know when things need to be adjusted. The print quality has always been fantastic with each order.

I’ve used Mixam’s services a few times and always had great results! My books arrive fast and in good quality. Unfortunately, with my most recent order, a package of mine got misdirected and still has yet to arrive. Though this is likely more a fault of the mail carrier than Mixam, it took me sending two email a few days apart to get a response from the Mixam team about what could be done. Not the end of the world, but not my best experience with Mixam.

I purchased a test copy to print my upcoming magazine. Too small for a spine so I went with stapled. I honestly think it came out perfect. I needed to get a test copy before I purchased in bulk and now I’m definitely confident to go ahead and buy 50 copies 🔥

We're extremely pleased with the quality of the print for the price we paid. The upload process was very straightforward and the package tracking was simple. We will definitely be doing our larger order later through Mixam.
