Although I initially struggled to learn how to upload my family recipe book, with assistance of the extremely helpful AI chat function and a real person, it came together beautifully. The final hard cover books were completed and delivered a day ahead of schedule and arrived in perfect condition. I had a positive experience overall. There was some delay issues with my order and it took over two weeks and it was still 'processing' so hadn't even been started. I made contact stressing the urgency of my order and the were amazing. They sorted it right out and even covered the cost of the express shipping. So appreciated when many businesses are dismissive and show no care once they have your money. It felt human and personable.
I had art prints made and considered the quality fine to sell & reasonable for the price point. I would order again.

Top quality products and seamless ordering experience.

I sent in pics with edging so that nothing got cut out that was important. The tip of my flower stalk was cut. If anything I would have preferred more off the bottom.

The team were so helpful. Fliss guided me through over the phone with so much care, especially being a first time children's book illustrator she really made things easy for me. Which is why I'm printing in bulk with Mixam now, very grateful for the help.

I would really like to give a high rating because the customer service is excellent, the website is easy to navigate, and the product customization process is very straightforward. The pricing is also reasonable.

However, the main downside is the print and binding quality. The images came out blurry and low in fidelity, which was disappointing. It seems that when images are uploaded to the website, they may be reduced in size, which could be affecting the final print quality.

The binding is also not very good. When opening the pages, you can see the glue, and some pages feel like they are sticking together, which affects the overall experience.

We honestly cannot recommend Felicity (Fliss) and the team at Mixam highly enough. The level of service, care, and attention to detail she provides is truly next level.
Fliss has gone above and beyond for us every step of the way, nothing has ever been too much, and her support has made such a difference. If it wasn’t for her, we genuinely would have given up at times, but she has been there guiding us through it all with patience and professionalism.
The quality of the magazines is absolutely incredible, far beyond what we expected. Every detail, from print to finish, is flawless and truly brings our vision to life.
