They are extremely unorganised
They are extremely unorganised, telling us one thing then when we called saying that this wasn’t the case. We sent an email last Saturday and still received no response. I called and was told I would get a call back and didn’t receive one so had to chase them for answers and the lady on the phone was abrupt and patronising. Such a shame.

From viewing the property, follow ups to handing over keys was just brilliant, they were very prompt and did not hesitate to my earlier move in date, Julia was amazing and very professional.Topped it up with a welcome box full of nibbles, First impression is everything, keep it up.
