I found the company excellent to deal with. I ordered two products but one was missing from the package. I called them promptly and they sent me the missing product in two days. I gave them four stars only because I'm not yet sure if the product I ordered--green label hemp oil--is helping me or not for Myalgic Encephalomyeltis (M.E./CFS). I think over the course of five weeks that it has helped but then I developed a side effect--several days of low blood sugar and I'm trying to figure out if this is the effect of the hemp oil alone, hemp plus an interaction with something else I take or maybe I ramped up dose too fast and after a break I've restarted on a low dose. Sometimes less is more. TBC
