Paid for torso service, didn't get service.

Paid for torso service, was under the assumption that it was a leech service, not one where a random gets on your account and goes through BA for you for hours. Was not told this until after I paid. It doesn't indicate anywhere in the FAQ what you're paying for, nor do any of the staff until after.

They've replied and tried to save face by claiming I left a false review. I have all of the proof that I paid, as well as the transcripts without receiving service. After I conveyed I was going to leave a review, the owner tried to save face for poor customer service and the lack of information present regarding the specific type of service it is. Their TOS also says very clearly there are no refunds. They claim any negative reviews are false which illegitimate in and of itself.

This person has previously purchased a service from us and it was completed via a log in service and he had no issues then and was nothing but extremely satisfied. Fast forward a few days ago he tries to order another service and instead of requesting a refund then decides to leave a false 1 star review.


Edit for response to their Edit:
Yes you gave my support staff all of 8 minutes before you closed the ticket without even asking for a refund. Correct our tos states we don't do refunds this is clearly implying we've started your service. I opened the ticket back up 1 minute after you closed it as I got a notification you closed it and asked you for your return information to process the refund in which you left the server this morning for some reason without providing the refund info. This is a first for us having to deal with somebody who doesn't want their money back after a simple misunderstanding and not giving us more then 8 minutes to reply. Your refund will be waiting shall you choose to return and give me the info I need.
