Staff was very respectful and polite. There was a bit of a language barrier due to my only speaking language be English but we did communicate very well! The fact for the pokemon from Z-A can be specifically customized through a secure link they offer, is very amazing and useful! I was able to customize the level, gender, if it's a shiny and/or boss/alpha, and much more! They also include a free item of your choice and even which pokeball the pokemon resides in! If I could give ten stars, I would! And since I bought eight, VERY cheaply priced Pokémon, they even gave me five extra of my choosing, FOR FREE! Fast delivery as well, they told me to wait 15 minutes but then immediately I got a code, about five minutes after my purchase!
