Misleading pricing and deceptive checkout process - Very disappointedI wanted to sign up for Mobbin's monthly plan for 15 Euros. However, the experience I had during the payment process was truly disappointing.Initially, I thought I would be paying 15 Euros for a single month subscription. But when I completed the payment, I saw that 45 Euros had been charged to my account. Apparently, they suggested a 3-month plan during checkout, and because the screen was dark and I was tired at that moment, I accidentally approved it without noticing.I immediately tried to cancel, but unfortunately, I couldn't complete the cancellation process. The system is either not clear enough, or the cancellation process seems to be intentionally made difficult. As a result, I was forced into a 3-month subscription that I didn't want.Before even being able to evaluate Mobbin's quality as a service, seeing such a non-transparent approach towards users is really upsetting. Payment screens should be much clearer, the amount being charged should be explicitly stated, and the cancellation process needs to be easily accessible.These kinds of experiences seriously damage user trust. I hope Mobbin makes the necessary changes on this matter so other potential users don't experience the same situation.My advice: Before subscribing, carefully review the checkout screen and make absolutely sure which plan you're paying for.
