Absolutely fantastic service from Mobcater - purchased a drinks fridge from them and within 24hrs it was dispatched as promised. Company are also very prompt in responding to text enquiries and keeping you posted on dispatch status.

I ordered a coffee machine for my business, I was told delivery was between 5-9 working days. When I rang to enquire about the delivery a week later, I was told it would be a further 3 weeks and there was nothing they could do about it. I am still waiting to hear from them with regards to a £3000 refund. I wouldn’t trust them ever again

Dear customer we apologise for the lack of communication regarding machine readiness. There was a surge in orders and production times are slightly longer because of the re-opening of businesses. We are happy to hear that a refund has not been requested and dispatch will go ahead when the machine is available. We will endeavour to do better with keeping customers up to date.

I bought a grill- order was confirmed, waited 6 days to hear about delivery details before I contacted the company. I rung them and was told they didn't have the grill in stock late in the day via email. very disappointed indeed.

We are truly sorry that it took 6 days, but in this instance it was beyond our control. Under normal circumstances the sales person would have got back to you within 24 hours. Unfortunately the day the order was placed, the sales person was rushed into hospital. We have issued you with a full refund & apologise once again for the inconvenience that was caused.

The service kit negates the need to take the LPG Generator to a service centre, avoiding that cost. It allows the customer to easily service the unit which can be more convenient and cost effective. We apologies the price/kit was not to your liking. Do contact us again and we’ll try and do better next time.
