Not great products. Quite disappointed
The charger that attaches to the air vent in the car doesn't hold the phone as indicated (the phone just falls off), nor does it charge the phone. It's a WiWu and it's a bit useless to be honest. It looks pretty when on charge though, so there's that I suppose. The Samsung charger received isn't a fast charger. But it still charges, so there's that too I suppose.
The phone case is nice!
I probably won't buy from you again based on these issues

Regarding the WiWu car charger, please note that the Samsung Galaxy A52 does not support wireless charging. Additionally, the Samsung charger you received is a 10-15W adaptive charger. We also stock genuine Samsung 25W fast chargers if you require a higher charging rate.
To receive a refund for the items you are dissatisfied with, please return them in their original condition to the address listed on your invoice. Kindly include a note with your order number to ensure your refund is processed promptly.

While we have received positive feedback on this product previously, we note that the Google Pixel 7 series includes three different models of varying sizes. To help us investigate the sizing issue, could you please email us your mobile device's unique model number?
Regarding the card slots, please note that the material is typically tight when new but will soften with use, making it easier to insert multiple cards over time.
