I have been using mockapital but I think the support staff is completely unaware of how the application works, please train them on your application atleast. Moreover I believe there are some technical glitches too

We have reviewed your concerns and would like to address the matter clearly.

Your account was not breached due to any technical issue or platform error. As explained through our email correspondence, the breach occurred because the overall drawdown limit was reached due to Stop Loss placement and risk management decisions.

Our team reviewed the case carefully and provided a clear explanation of the drawdown calculation and account rules. The system worked as intended, and the account conditions were applied correctly.

We understand that an account breach can be frustrating, but this outcome was related to trading decisions, not a platform or support issue. Further clarification can be requested through our support team.

8% gain on challenge 1 and Locked account

Very disappointed.i reached to require limit of pass challenge phase 2 i.e 8% profit on total account.but my account locked and send me new account to phase 2.but additional profit I earn in phase 1 not transferd.

Thank you for your review. There seems to be a misunderstanding regarding how prop firm challenges work. The structure you described is standard across the industry.

Phase 1 and Phase 2 are both evaluation stages not profit-generating stages. Reaching the 8% target simply means you have successfully passed Phase 1 and moved on to Phase 2 with a fresh account. Any profits made during Phase 1 are part of the evaluation only and are not carried forward.

Once both phases are successfully completed, traders are then given access to a funded account, where real profits are generated, and typically up to 80% of those profits are paid out to the trader.

We recommend taking some time to fully understand how prop firm models operate before drawing conclusions. If you have any questions, our support team is happy to assist.
