Ordered a personalised pin for a wedding. After I placed my order I got in touch directly to give some specifics I wanted. I got an email back within the hour and the product was with me within four working days. Nice quality and packaging

Ordered on a Monday and paid for next day delivery (1-2 days) my item didn’t arrive until a week later. I tried using the online chat however it wasn’t working. I emailed and didn’t hear anything back. This was ordered for a special occasion and didn’t arrive in time.
