Avoid this company at all costs! Only got 1 star, as that is the lowest possible. Ordered vest, they sent me a XXS tagged as a 2XL, as you would imagine it didn’t fit. Took weeks to get. Told them of the problem, with photos and measurements, then told they would send me another. After weeks of waiting, chased it up, and told me it had been sent. Waited another couple of weeks, chased again. This time told they don’t stock them anymore, so sending me another was just a straight out lie. Then told they would give me a 30% refund. This company makes the appearance they are in Australia, when they are actually in the USA, and post from another company in China!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought a £30 Panama hat “handmade” apparently. It arrived packaged in a plastic bag only, unsurprisingly it was crumpled and severely creased, completely unsalvageable. Who sends a Panama hat in a plastic bag??! It’s also not white as it is in the fake photo, and it’s made in China.

Brought what I thought was a Lacoste shirt as advertised on their website turned out to be fake do not buy from these scammers

Horrible site do not order off it!!!!! All there cloths are fake they claim there made of linen but there not there made of polyester my fella put them on and hes allergic burnt all his skin he put a negative comment on here and they have blackmailed him saying if he doesnt take the status doen off here there not going to give him a refund!!!!!! They robbed him of £117 pound even tho he sent cloths back recorded delivery and showed them the evidence! He even deleted first comment on trust pilot just to give him a refund and they never did there really rude on messaged and blank for up to a week at a time please do not order off these the cloths are terrible fakes dont look nothing like the pictures they even lied saying cloths were real! Scammers!

Very bad company site looked legit but its not they sent me fake cloths they wasn't ralph lauren they were fakes from China am allergic to polyester and thats what cloths were made out of not linen like quoted the cloths were terrible fakes nothing like pictures they black mailed me into deleting my last trust pilot review or they wouldnt give me a refund I deleted it and they never give me a refund anyway! They take 5 to 6 days to message back i sent cloths back still no refund I have to take this up with bank and police now please do not buy anything off there site they talk to you like shit aswell also there telling me if I don't take down this post off trust pilot I won't get a full refund

the t shirt ripped after 2 times wearing where the armpit is, a massive while the size of a fist and the shorts back pocket also ripped after 3 times wearing it.
it says cotton but isn’t cotton at all it’s cheap material and is very thin.

I bought two pairs of shoes. They arrived and I was shocked at the basic quality of them. No label and they did not look like the advertised product. The sizing of the shoes was not aligned to the size chart. I got a return address in Yiwu City Jinhua City I returned them for $38 & four months later I received them back again. They never got past customs at China even though I had given all my contact details and the details of the contents of the package. I contacted the company & they said they cannot give a refund because they did not receive the items back. I sent photos of the package to them with postage paid and the return from China. Very poor customer service and business ethics.

This company openly admitted that the men's jacket I received did not match their written description and that the workmanship was poor. They would replace, but it wasn't what I wanted in the first place. BEWARE: their company is in Korea and shipping to return is $30-50. Otherwise, they offered me a 30% refund. Very disappointed.

Ordered a jacket which when it arrived looked nothing like what I had ordered. I wouldn't wear this to a fancy dress!! I have written to two email addresses at Modautlet and have not received any response. The trick is that you have to write to them before they send you an address for returns. Dead set scam.

Officially the worst website/company I have ever experienced. It states they will respond to your enquiry within 24 hours - I've been waiting weeks after multiple emails with zero response. I finally received the items more than 3 weeks from ordering and they are totally crap, made of polyester and complete rubbish. The quality is nothing as described on their website and you would go up in flames wearing it. To top it off, their returns policy states you can only return to a warehouse in China (of course) where you will pay the trackable returns fee and only once they receive it will they decide whether to accept it and refund you. What a scam. Be warned do not order from these scammers - it's total rubbish and not worth your time - complete fake crap they are making.

Ordered a men’s cardigan XL in cashmere as advertised on a beautiful and professional looking website.
Garment in my personal opinion is not 100 per cent cashmere.
I am in the fashion industry and been for over 4 decades and in my opinion I believe it is a blend of fibres.
I own cashmere and this item does not resemble the hold or feel of a luxury yarn.
There is also no label: thus no sizing/care instructions/ no country of origin re manufacturing nor fabric content.
No label at all.

Knit is also out of proportion as the arm length is too short on a man’s length of arm.

Such a waste of money and a disappointing experience as it was a gift for my elderly father.
