I wrote a review for another website but unfortunately this company's name came up in error, I have not had a bad experience from Moddanio in any way, my previous review was for Modo galione and not Moddanio, this was my mistake and I apologise to anyone I may have offended .

If I could give no stars, I would. First of all, customer service is appalling. They tried to blame me for placing a wrong order when it was very clearly their mistake. I returned the order via their arranged courier the following day and haven't received a refund after a month. I contacted them again and they are now saying they never received it and are still waiting for it. What a load of rubbish. Don't bother with them is my advice.

I ordered handbag and wallet for my sister's birthday and received the shipment in a timely manner. The quality and pattern are even more beautiful in person than pictured. I have ordered from Moddanio several times, for myself and for
others. I travel with my bags and always get the most compliments wherever I go. I love that the company uses cork in a unique way.

I ordered different accessoires so far and I love it! I love the material cork and it is even more sturdy than promised. I'm using different accessoires every day, usually a bag, and I'm happy with it.

Very pleased to find such a pretty cork case. My daughter was very thrilled. Shipping was extremely quick and actually arrived unexpectedly in time for her birthday, but did think the postage was actually a little expensive bearing in mind the size and weight of the parcel. However, overall an excellent buy and service. Thank you

The Moddanio products have so high quality! The brand team really take care of her customers, they add little 2 london magnets for the fridge in my parcel, so nice to them! I would highly recomend them.
Just 1 little thing : the wallet color my husband ordered was more like dark red on the picture even though it was mentioned the color was brown, but it can be confused for customer

Have owned a Moddanio tote for several years. Wore well! Now about to replace it with another Moddanio.

Bought for a birthday present in a couple of weeks, so the recipient hasn’t received it yet! However, the bag looks very high spec- lovely & soft & I anticipate that she’ll be delighted!
The service was very efficient.

Great products but the dimensions on the web site were wrong and I had to pay return postage.

The overall service was really great

The product very nice, the only negative is that it came wrapped with a plastic silver ribbon which cannot be recycled.
