Great service

Great service. Good quality clothing. Slightly overpriced though. Got my package within 5 days post ordering.

Great delivery, slow response team

The item arrived on time; excellent. However, when I wanted to contact the team regarding my returned items, the sales associate was very delayed in her response, picked up on the 5-6th call (and not picking up at all the next few days), reassured me that I’ll receive a call back which I didn’t and had to call back a few days later, to which I received the same response with “I’ll get back to you once I am in contact with the warehouse”. Once I emailed the team personally, they reached out, and responded quickly. However, I’m still waiting on my refund on the products I had returned online

Dissatisfied with products

The denim skirt I ordered was long, stiff and doesn’t enable for me to walk comfortably in. As for the sleeveless body dress, it has arrived in the wrong colour and yet again too long and stiff. When I contacted modelle regarding these issues they have done nothing to help which is why I am not shopping here again.

Good quality products but follow instructions

Good quality products but i ordered a black maxi dress in one of my orders and they put gray. If they were out if stock for the black one, they would have just communicated that to me so that i could pick something else!
