3 weeks, no delivery or communication. We still havent received our product or had an email informing us when to expect it.
Have tried calling, but no one answers. They dont respond to emails and their "chat box" doesnt let you send a message. Terrible service.

Given the attitude in their response. I think it is best this review is left here.

I purchased the Naples Right Side Dining Corner Sofa Set with Fire Pit Table. I only ordered on the Tuesday night and it was delivered Friday lunch time! Brilliant service. The quality of the set is outstanding too and at a reasonable price. I had a small issue with the fire pit which was really quickly resolved by Tom. Highly recommend this company!

I bought my set this summer after a bit of a garden refurb and I have to say it just sets off the garden with so many people commenting on it. I’ve had the best summer, hosting, relaxing, kids diving all over the set and it doesn’t look a day old. Quality is exceptional!

Best of all though is the customer service. It was super easy to order, delivery was quick and the customer service communication along the way was prompt and kind. I could tell I was speaking to a company who take pride in their work.

Ordered at 11.30 am and delivered same day 6pm easily put together great service

I bought the Antonio set. The item is lovely and exactly as described. Delivered in 2 days, and easy to assemble. I would recommend mode rattan.

I ordered the Amalfi with rising table dining set. I had good communication with Mode about my order, and it arrived when expected. The furniture itself is as described, I am happy with my order.

Easy to order- when ordered it stated a 3-5 working day delivery. I received a confirmation of order the next working day stating delivery 2 weeks. Which was not what the advert stated when I purchased, I ordered this on the basis and description stated- I questioned this from Mode- and was told this should have been updated with the new delivery timescale, they apologised. I accepted this as they offered me £50 on that basis. I received delivery- all items ok apart from high rise table box, 3 missing rise hooks with missing screws. I was having family over to eat in garden for get together. New hook and screws sent- oh dear- they sent the wrong screws, maybe this quality control check should have been carried out first as there was an initial problem. I then reviewed the correct ones- just to add insult- this set has been reduced by £250 from time i purchased it- I mentioned this to be told- this is just the was it is- I feel that maybe as a good will gesture they would have refunded the difference- rather than it is what it is- 👎

Ordered my furniture on the 8-6-22 and arrived on the 11-6-22. Fantastic value for money and a great service too. Highly recommend 👌

Super happy with the garden furniture I ordered from Mode Rattan! The delivery was really quick and the set is just perfect for my patio area. The quality is great and really like the fact the cushion covers are removable- so many aren’t. Will definitely buy from again, don’t hesitate!!

I ordered the Amalfi Grey Rattan set which has the rising table. I discovered the company through Vogue and in the pictures, the set looked beautiful. Ordering online was pretty straightforward, delivery was free which is always great and once the set arrived and opened, it was exactly the same in the pictures! The quality is good, the cushions and foams are good quality and the packaging was really good (your always get worried if things get damaged in transit).

The set looks good, albeit my garden isn't as great as the Vogue pictures lol but it looks really classy now.

Recommended to my parents and friends. Can't fault the service and quality.
