I have to express my disappointment with Modern Furniture and the additional restocking fee (20%) being charged on top of the return fee (15%). The item did not meet our expectations based on how it was represented in the photos, and it was returned unused and in new condition the next day.

Given the significant cost we have already incurred simply for ordering and returning an item, I do not feel the additional restocking fee is reasonable.

This has been a very expensive and disappointing experience with Modern Furniture, and I cannot return as a happy customer.

I ordered the Neals coffee table. It arrived broken. The top detached from the base. I wrote to the company immediately and sent photos. They asked to file a claim. I did. No news since. Total silence.
I would not recommend this company.

We recently purchased two beautiful stools from Modern Furniture, and we couldn’t be happier with them! They look exactly like the photos, are excellent quality, and feel very sturdy.

Our order arrived at our door in about 10 business days, and every email we sent was answered the same day. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish.

Modern Furniture sells high end furniture. They have a great product lineup, customer service and our a pleasure to work with.

Nice selection but it was a six week wait for the table I wanted so I cancelled the order.
