Still waiting. Two emails and not once they replied. Will keep trying.

Ze reageren wel heel vrolijk met allerlei excuses, dat het nog 1 a 2 weken zou duren.
In eerste instantie stond m'n bestelling vermeld als T-shirt!..., waarvoor excuses. Goed begin.
Hoe krijg ik m'n geld terug?

I purchased two items from the online store. When both items arrived, I knew I immediately did not like the material of the clothing. I put back in original packaging and contacted said company for a return label. Per policy, must reach out within 7 days and items must be unworn, etc.
I followed all policy and after contacting customer service was responded to after a day or so that they could give me a 10% return. AT NO PLACE on the site does it mention a %. I have been going back and forth with various customer service reps and they highest they have gone is "40% and I can keep the item". This is not a suitable nor legal response. Buyer Beware

Purchased a watch on 27/8/24, has not been delivered, nor has company responded to my attempts to contact. SCAM! Don’t get caught out like I did.

I recently bought a Michael Kors watch. Which I wanted to return the very next day as the seller promises "We offer Free Express Delivery for all orders within Australia.We accept returns within 30 days for an exchange or refund.", Now, when I am contacting them, they are not responding at all to my email. Don't recommend them!

I bought a few watches from this store on Black Friday , only to realise that even a week after placing the order , there are no updates on the order, it hasn’t been shipped yet, let alone delivered .
It’s been a nightmare following up with customer care who barely respond to emails.
Never coming again, nor would recommend.

Ordered a coat from the UK which I found at a great price. Delivery was via DHL and item received beautifully packaged in perfect condition. Thanks ModeS :-)

Absolutely happy with my purchase. I've never purchased online because i've always been worried of scammers, but after reading the reviews, I put through an order on Tuesday arvo and literally just recieved it. So basically 2 days delivery wait. Also the watch is awesome! Perfect fathers day gift & everything I expected. I thought the wait would be long due to covid delays but within minutes of my purchase, it was sorted for delivery. I had to write up a review, will defs be purchasing from here again :)

I was a little concerned the watch might be a fake after a previously poor experience shopping on line. I am pleased to confirm it is real! Navigating through the website was easy, delivery was reasonably quick given the current challenges. Overall a very satisfying experience.

Absolutely love my new watch, especially the next day delivery. Placed my order on Tuesday got delivered Wednesday! Was shocked how quick it was. An thé Watch it’s self is amazing love it.
