I have 5 rings (so far) from Modern Gents and I’ve loved every single one. I get complements everywhere I go about how beautiful my ring is, no matter which one I’m wearing. Over the years, from ordering to paying to quick delivery, I’ve never had any issues. One of my rings, after many years, lost a small stone, and I reached out about the lifetime warranty. Given previous experiences with other companies, I expected it to be a challenging process. Nope! True to all of my experiences with them, there was a short and pleasant exchange of information and details and then a small fee, and problem solved. In a world where customer service and product quality has become less important to companies, Modern Gents is the exception. I will no doubt be purchasing more pieces in the future!

I had saw several social media ads for this company. I went to the website several times before I finally decided to make a purchase. The reason I took so long was because the jewelry was simulated diamonds. I thought to myself oh great another company selling cz items trying to pass them off as quality. After reading the reviews i was like okay maybe I can give it a try. Then I saw a Facebook ad with the actual owner come on and talk about the jewelry and the company. I was delighted to see that and put a face with a brand. So I decided to order the harmony necklace and the eve earrings. I had been eyeing those pieces for a while. When I made this purchase I was thinking this will be a one time purchase for me. Well I received my package today I opened it up and I was blown away by the quality and the sparkle in both the necklace and the earrings. Here I was thinking that this would be a one time purchase that is so far from the truth. Let’s just say me and Modern Day Gents are family now,

The website was very easy to navigate and the rings and all the jewelry is beautiful! The sizes are true to size and you honestly cannot tell these rings from real diamonds. My husband bought me a set for our 20th wedding anniversary and I love them. Prices are affordable also. He then surprised me with a second gift which were a pair of stud earrings and they are gorgeous. For over 2 years, I have been buying from here and they have never disappointed. The pictures on the website or app truly dont do the rings justice. Even when I'm not about to buy a ring, im looking to see what new rings there are. They are constantly releasing new designs and theyre always beautiful. Also, shipping is always very fast and I usually get my orders 2 or 3 days before it says. The jewelry is always secure and hasn't come damaged. The first time I purchased a ring, I wasnt sure what size and it took me 3 tries to get it right. But they always processed it very quickly and never gave any issues! I will always recommend Modgents to anyone.

Excellent Old-School Customer Service. My Groom and I have purchased my engagement ring, wedding band, and his wedding band, as well as two pairs of earrings from Modern Gents. Every item has exceeded our expectations in quality, and most importantly their customer service is really great. So frequently now companies force you to speak to an AI chatbot or leave your email request in limbo for 72 business years, but this company is responsive and helpful right away. I returned a ring that needed a different size and the turn around time was fantastic.

It's clear that this company is using the money they save on "real" diamonds to pay for a top-tier customer service team. 10/10

So we’ve only had the rings for a day B U T I cannot stop staring at it. The fit is perfect, it’s super shiny and bright and it just makes me feel so complete. My husband’s is also rather perfect and looks great on his hand which completes the whole experience. I may end up keeping this ring on forever instead of just for the interim that’s how lovely it is.

Purchased a diamond like band. Very nice, finish is beautiful and the stones look just like real diamonds. Will buy more in time.
