I wish I had read these reviews before sending my ECM in for repair! As many others have noted, this place is a rip off! I’ll be contacting my CC company in order to dispute their “non refundable” diagnostics! Do NOT use this company unless you relish frustration and being taken advantage of!!

Sent in an ECU for repair. They said they can't fix it due to lack of available parts, but they will still charge me $130 for their testing portion. So I paid $130 to find out this shop can't fix my problem????

They will lie to you, lose your paperwork, and their custom service is rude. Avoid at all costs

worst customer service. very, very rude. Called a few times because most of the time they would either hang up right away or not answer my question. Their website says they offer TCM repair and during my first time calling they gave me quote of $1200. but when i called back a couple of days later to ask about the shipping process, they were very rude about it and said "we do not do that. do not call here again" and hung up!

This place is a scam.. my guess is they run this scam from a basement somewhere in Florida ..I will report them to FBI fraud division and so should everyone else don’t let them get away with stealing your money

Very rude customer service to start from Chris. Apparently their catalog on the website is outdated because they didn't have ANYTHING in stock LMAO

pure garbage company. will hang up on you. worst customer service i have ever expeirenced. will start off telling you a low price then you send it in and of course its bad so now its $1000. get it back works for 20 miles. quits and wouildnt you know it warranty isnt valid because i didnt jump through the 100 hoops they have set up so they never warranty anything. stay away or this will be your expeirence to

I want to start by saying I've been in business for over 20 yrs and I've never treated anyone like I was treated. 1st call about my inquiry on an ECM I got hung up on. 2nd call yes I called back they actually cussed me out on the the phone the exact words were I'm not fixing that piece of s**t then again hung the phone up. What the hell. I'm not going to drop this especially now seeing all of the negative reviews and I also filed a BBB complaint. I promise I won't drop this. If business owners want to keep business in America then start acting and treating people like you care without people you have no business.

Total rip off I have a 2006 Monte Carlo SS two different salesman claimed that they would guarantee my module would be repaired for around $200 195 and $.95 for them they just emailed me back trying to sell me a module for $800 do not waste your money keep your 200This place is trash

Complete trash customer service. If you have something they do not have or fool with they just hang up the phone. Guy by the name of Mark. POS business. Do research before calling companies you have never dealt with before.

Sent in PCU for 2003 Honda pilot along with the requisite $164 for module Experts to do the repair. When I sent it in there were a few things going wrong with the car which indicated that the repair was needed. However, starting was never an issue. I was emailed that the technician found that the board could not be repaired and if I wanted a repaired one then I would need to send them another $350. That would be 500+ dollars for a repaired ECU.… Well above market price. Asked him to please send back my unit, which they did very quickly. Thank you very much… and a small refund as the repair was not completed. However, when I reinstalled the unit… Remember that it was running with just a few hiccups…guess what? Now my car will not start. It has power. It’s all there but won’t turn over. Thank you for your help. Truly wish I had read these reviews first… Usually very good about that. Just got sold the bill of goods.… Great online sales team! Kudos.

I send an email asking for assistance, get told their inbox is full, and I need to call them. I do and am placed on hold. I get an associate, only to be told they don't have the module I'm looking for without asking a SINGLE question, and then get hung up on. Wow.

Ripped off. Told could repair, shipped computer to them. No call when we called to check on it they said they had received it and they were working on it. We called back again to check on progress was told could not repair it. We sourced a used computer called them to send the used to them was informed they would only program a a computer if we purchased from them. This is after we purchased a used computer. So we asked to send our computer back and was charged the full price for repair and programming. We were ripped off and it was a setup from the start.

Originally they gave us a price to repair a dodge PCM with a lifetime warranty, after having the PCM for almost a month, Andy called to let me know they can not give us anything except a 90 day warranty for the same price, gave the ok after talking to the customer. Another 3 weeks go by and I recieved an VM from Andy saying they cannot repair and is sending it back. Called Andy multiple times to find out why it cant be repaired, how much the refund is etc so I can give this information to my customer who has been out a vehcile close to two months now. I was hung up on every time just transfering me to Customer service who also could not give me any answers. We will never use this company again.
