Ive ordered from moeflavor several times now, and each time their customer service is excellent, the shipping is expedient, and the quality of the product is well done.

Highly recommend supporting this business as they also are size inclusive, both in what they offer but in the models they use to promote their products.

the sizing chart is quite accurate and if something doesn’t fit i think you can send it back and change it.

First off the quality is a 4/5! I bought the Gyaru Babydoll set. It's so CUTE! Especially after styling with some thigh highs, chunky babydoll shoes, and a big matching bow. I never want to take it off.

Every piece I've purchased makes me feel incredibly sexy. They're all as gorgeous as pictured on the site and fit like a glove. I'd purchase more if I had the money, but you bet I'm always purchasing as soon as I can 💖
Only ever had an issue once but that was the carriers fault, still even customer service was great 💕 thank you guys loafs for everything you do 💖

I bought my outfit from LVL UP expo and the set up was so amazing! The customer service was so lovely!! Everyone was so kind and caring. I can’t wait to buy more outfits and show them off. I also love how body positive and how diverse the company is :)

I loved all the pieces that I ordered from MoeFlavor! They were all just as beautiful as pictured and made of very nice materials, that feel durable but also great against the skin! Any metal detailing felt solid and durable also! Everything came in a timely fashion and I got plenty of update emails, and will be buying from them again!

I've ordered multiple times from them by now (gyaru bikini amd nightgown set, nurse set, A.I love set, etc.) and I gotta say all of these sets are amazing!

Everything I’ve ever bought from them has cone quickly and safely arrived without damage. I adore every item they’re always so cute and sexy! Their customer service team has always treated so nicely and understands when I accidentally ordered the wrong size I immediately asked for an adjustment and they didn’t hesitate to make the change and reassure me that my order was corrected and would be out in the mail soon! I have bought over 30 items from them and haven’t had a quality issue a single time. These items have also boosted my confidence in myself as a trans woman I feel genuinely attractive and desirable when I wear my Moeflavor apparel and lingerie! I truly cannot recommend a brand more than I can Moeflavor. Not to mention they are an American made brand so tariffs aren’t anything to worry about. I also appreciate their sales and coupons they frequently send out to loyal customers as well as their loyalty programs which allows you so spend earned points on even more coupons! Overall Moeflavor’s focus on quality, customer service, satisfaction and customer experience make this a brand one I find myself coming back to time and time again with enthusiasm and an open wallet!

I love that they have different sets for tops and bottoms- Im very top heavy and lack a butt haha so it’s super convenient being able to buy different sizes. Moeflavor is one of the best plus size and all body inclusive lingerie brands. I will definitely be buying many more future sets from them!

I bought the limited bear phone peekers, and things got really complicated. I had a lot of issues with the delivery, and with all of that, customer service (Angela was taking care of me) was there and managed to resolve the situation. Not only is the customer service great, but the product is of really good quality. It's super cute and it's original (as phone hippers are being copied more and more). I'm happy I stumbled upon this website.

Lovely experience buying from this brand multiple times!! Prices are great for the quality and unique, cosplay-but-not-quite type look I’ve been unable to find anywhere else. Other places I’ve tried never hit the mark. Shipping is always fast and super reasonable (I am from Canada!), and the deals are great too. Also appreciate the points system!! All my pieces are true to size and make me feel as amazing as it looks on me. I am a skinnier person, but I really appreciate that they offer a variety of sizes for larger people as well, allowing everyone the opportunity to wear their cute items!! A brand that strives to make everyone feel and look good. I’m always excited for a new drop!

I’ve ordered quite a few items from Moeflavor and have never been disappointed! Some of my absolute favorites are the Ironmouse Magical Girl Swimsuit, the Pastel Succubus set, and the Princess Blush Lingerie. I really like how fun and unique their designs are! Their size charts have always been easy to follow, and I love that many of their pieces are adjustable for a better fit. I’m always recommending them to friends, and I can’t wait to see what they release next!!!

I’ve been purchasing from Moeflavor for a couple of years! Their newest line was a huge hit for me. The outfits were cute, material high quality, and super versatile. Definitely a company I will continue to use! If you’re a kawaii/waifu/ anime girl do not walk RUN to their next drop you won’t be disappointed!

I love the designs and the size inclusivity, but they did something recently that completely turned me off. As you might know, all their items are advertised as being final runs with no chance of restocking. So I ordered what was left in stock, with one of their dresses being one size too small, but it was all that was left in stock that would even remotely fit. It fits okay, but I would definitely size up if I could. Then all of a sudden they restocked?? And it's past the date for me to return and they don't do exchanges... It just seems super crappy to me that they would lie to customers about restocks and do something so sneaky. I complained and they offered 20% off if I re-purchase but I don't see why I would need a SECOND dress. It's just petty and stupid in my opinion.
