Buona esperienza complessiva, con qualche piccolo intoppo

Ho acquistato un articolo circa un mese fa. La spedizione ha impiegato circa un mese per arrivare in Italia. L’assistenza clienti è stata molto disponibile: rispondono velocemente e sono sempre gentili. Le scarpe sono davvero molto belle.
Sono rimasto un po’ meno soddisfatto di un altro oggetto ricevuto. Avevo ordinato un piccolo gadget pensando fosse come quello mostrato nel video promozionale, ma sono rimasto un po’ deluso. È carino, ma sicuramente non vale la cifra che ho speso.
Al momento mi manca ancora un articolo che non era presente nel pacco. Ho contattato l’assistenza e mi hanno promesso che me lo rispediranno. Non appena riceverò l’articolo mancante, lascerò un’altra recensione e probabilmente acquisterò altri prodotti dal loro negozio. L’azienda mi sembra comunque seria.

I bought an item about a month ago. It took around a month to arrive in Italy. The customer service was very helpful — they replied quickly and were always kind. The shoes are really beautiful.
I was a bit less satisfied with another item I received. I had ordered a small gadget, expecting it to be like the one shown in the promotional video, but I was a little disappointed. It’s nice, but definitely not worth the price I paid.
At the moment, I’m still missing one item that wasn’t included in my package. I contacted customer support, and they promised to send it to me again. As soon as I receive the missing item, I’ll post another review and will probably buy more products from their store. The company seems reliable overall.
