Not a good experience
I was very disappointed with the time taken to deliver the products. With the current fast moving world and other portals providing quick delivery service it I think your service was incompetent. Even the customer service on WhatsApp was no help. Tracking the package is not available. I will not be recommending it to anyone.

Good quality products
After initial issues with communication and late delivery all was cleared and all items received. The products quality is high but expect delays in delivery.

Unsatisfactory Customer Service
Enquiries about orders are not replied to. When they are replied to, communication is not satisfactory or clear. Order was made on 10 March, product was still not delivered by 23 March, despite being in the same city of production. No updates or excuses. When I requested that order be cancelled and I be refunded, excuse was that it was "just dispatched". Had to request that delivery be cancelled and refund be issued. Still not received any confirmation of cancellation or of issued refund. Very disappointed as I bought the Abaya for an event.
