I had trouble logging in, but Rex from Molo Chat resolved the issue promptly. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process seamless. Excellent customer service!

Flexible Lender

The broker support on the live chat was great and they did not dismiss my query like some other more mainstream lenders would have. They listened, and Rex especially took the time to speak to the underwriters and get my issue resolved. Would highly recommend.

solicitor change

i had an issue regarding the selected solicitor for my case. but the assistant, Rex, was a huge help and ensured my case was fixed from his end. great customer service from him.

Was Speaking to Rex ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just had a great chat with Rex about a client I recently got approved. I was a bit unsure about the product I could place them on, but Rex confirmed everything in under 2 minutes!

It’s so refreshing to be able to speak to a real human and not just a chatbot. Thanks for the quick and solid support, Rex—definitely a 5-star experience!

Anton is excellent, very helpful and always exhausts all options before coming to a resolution - instead of just taking the easiest (and often least helpful) route.
