Cheap Chinese crap with no way of sending back. AVOID

Purchased three shirts. Great quality and great price. Extremely easy to deal with. I'll be purchasing more from their online store. Certainly worth a look.👍

Although there was a problem with the delivery the Williams Shirt it was finally delivered.
The shirt is of very good quality good fit and as advertised.
The seller was very cordial answering my emails and keeping me informed.
I will definitely buy other products from them.

I've ordered 3 times from them as I like their product. On the 3rd order I accidently selected the wrong size (small) on a fault of my own and when I emailed them about this, they told me that they would arrange for the XL size to be sent and to donate to a friend or someone that I may know that would like the small. Really appreciate that level of customer service!

Received a tags cut in half and sizes completely not correct

I sent for a pack of these and never got them They were delivered (they say) on June 23

China products in poor quality! - stay away

3 weeks to ship and the tracker looked like it was being hand walked across china. I fell for another ad. Stay away, Chinese garbage. Go buy actual real cotton and something that lasts. This is basically a scam you can’t argue and will be too difficult to return

Advertised as 95% cotton but it is polyester. Notice how all products have 100% 5* reviews, well yeah my 1* wasn't published.

Return policy is not acceptable or accurate. No where does policy state that you havd to product to China to get a full refund.

How in the world do you return anything?!? I bought 4 shirts and they are all way to small. I would just like to exchange them for another size but I can't find anyplace on their website that allows you to do this. Very frustrating.

If it looks to be to be true it probably is, wise words.I bought two long sleeved polos, Sale-Blaine Casual Shirt.
They are poor quality and 1970 s design , when they asked me to submit a review and I gave them 1 star, guess what I could not submit the rating.
Unless you planning to go to a 1970s fancy dress avoid.

Absolutely brilliant.
I’ve used this company twice now after seeing their long sleeved Polos on Instagram.
I bought two a few months ago. They do take a while to arrive, perhaps 2 to 3 weeks, but the wait is worth it. They are superb. I bought three more recently as a result.
They are 90% cotton and are very reasonably priced, brilliant quality and accurate fit.
I’m XL due to training and I struggle with getting my shoulders into things, but these are great. They are also a perfect length and they wash and iron well.
It’s nice to have something a bit different and Mololabel really hit the mark.
I’ve never had to return anything so can’t comment about that, but my two experiences with everything else have been 100% 5*.
I want more, but I don’t need them yet 🤣

I orderd 2 months ago. Emailed them so many time but evertime i email them they always say sorry we will post your order this week.
I personally thik they are fake and rob the money.

I'm only giving the one star because I can't give less. I purchased one shirt. Waited almost three weeks. I contacted them twice in that time asking for an update on when it would be shipped and got half hearted responses saying "due to a recent surge in orders..." and "No update yet." Like, come on. It's one shirt. Finally I gave up and cancelled my order.

My shirt arrived but had a hole in it. When I access their website to sort out a return within 14 days, I get this:

I’m assuming it’s a spurious company at best?

AMAZING customer service, could exchange my shirts - which were too big - quickly and efficiently. They replied and solved my issue on the very same day.
And the shirts are very very nice, great quality, beautiful colors.
Had a 5-star experience.

Shirt I bought was a bit tight. Quality is excellent !
They refunded for the shirt and suggested I give to a friend or charity.
I will buy again for sure, just a slightly bigger size.

Incredible customer service. I bought two shirts size XL and unfortunately they did not fit me. I asked if I could send the shirts back and either do an exchange or a get a refund so I could purchase the correct size. They told me they would send out the correct size immediately and to not bother returning the XL shirts. They just asked that I donate them to someone else!
