Do not order from this company. They offer refunds but they are liars. I ordered a swimsuit waited 1 1/2 months for it - it was awful. Wanted a return address to return to get my money back and they told me they would give me $2 refund!

COMPLETE SCAM!!!! I ordered a swimsuit - one shoulder leopard print - $38.66. I received a green 2 straps with orange flowers. When I contacted customer services, I have to send pictures (sometimes twice, of the bathing suit. SKU, wayfair, and the packing label through light! They said it was the correct bathing suit! I included a picture of my original order - says one shoulder leopard!!!!! They say I am wrong and offered me a refund of $2!!! TOTAL SCAM - DO NOT ORDER FROM

Ordered two QR code sweatshirts. Appliqué peeling off. Tried to return. Emailed multiple times. NO RESPONSE!!! Terrible customer service and cannot return as they had stated.

Ordered 2 petite jeans in different colors. They do not look anything like the pictures, very low quality. Both did not fit well on top but one was incorrectly sent as regular size. I reached out to customer service to make a return and sent pictures as requested. They responded by saying that warehouse showed that the correct items were sent and asked me if I could transfer them to someone else and that they would give me a compensation of $7 as gesture of goodwill. What????

Package never arrived. I got an email saying it was picked up by individual (supposedly me?) at the post office. I never got any notification that it was at the post office and needed to be picked up so needless to say I didn’t. I ordered jeans to be delivered to me and they never were. I contacted customer service and they told me they highly recommend checking with my neighbors (I did, it was never delivered) and that was all they could do to help. I have to dispute the charge on my cc now. This customer service is a joke

I was sent clothes with HOLES, RIPPED THREAD, ZIPPER NOT WORKING. I was offered $2 in compensation. This is unacceptable. The company refuses to refund and keeps telling me that they will GENEROUSLY give me the clothes AND a refund of $2. I didn't change my mind or even order the wrong size, I was sent unwearable clothes and am being charged for them. I am filing a fraudulent claim with my credit card company.

Company does not honour Customer satisfaction guarantee as they will not provide a refund to jeans that are huge and I ordered based on their size guide. Asked for pictures then told me I got what I ordered and maybe I could give to someone else?? Seriously? Very very dissatisfied and do not recommend this company.

Beware scam. Ordered Xl but got very small jeans. Not possible to understand customer support.

very disappointed with this company, First they billed me twice for1 pair jeans and are waiting for the refund. Then when jeans came I can't get any help with returning them/exchanging. They don't fit, very short! 5'7" can normally by regular length. Told me to send pictures of items, I did and they responded that was the right product. I told them THEY DON'T FIT.

Scam - took my money and never delivered or received any jeans. They've sponsered posts all over instagram and facebook at the moment and I fell for it. I should have checked social media pages first as all followers look to be "bought" and reviews the same. €35 down the drain and so I want to help others in the leadup to christmas where every bit helps. I will be watching my card also over next few weeks to ensure nothing else is taken out.....
