Absolute SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I placed my order on 16th March 24. I recieved an email on 17th March that there was a delay in shipping and they would give express shipping and then have been waiting since. It's now been 2 months with no updates or product sent so I contacted them via email which bounced back. I then messaged them on instagram from 2 accounts to explain the issue and they BLOCKED both accounts. So looks like they've just taken the money and I am not getting the gifts for the baby shower. Absolutely horrified.

I placed an order on March 19 and have emailed several times asking for an update or refund and today all links are not working. I'm assuming they have gone back it of business.

I ordered a Mealtime gift set on March 22,2024. It is now May 31 and I still have not received my order. I have reached out several times by email only to receive the same message 3 times that they will get back to me in 1-2 days!! Very angry that I fell for a scam.

I ordered two sets back in March. Never received them and I am two days late meeting the 60 day window to dispute the charge. Grrrrrr. Lesson learned.

I placed an order back in late March. The end of April I sent an email asking the status of my order. I was sent an email saying that they had received me email and would get back to me in 24 hours. I've done that four times. This time the email came back to me. Every email address I can find comes back to me in error. I think it's time the Better Business Bureau gets involved. I have contacted them and they are looking into the matter.

total scam ordered two sets and never received. I am now looking for where this company really is. no order and was charged. I do not know why Facebook or Instagram does not make company's to show where they are really from. all company's from China should be vetted and have a caution symbol

I made 3 purchases 2 months ago and have not received any products! WHY?
Cannot seem to get in touch with anyone to resolve this problem.

I finally got a refund of my payment through my credit card, after waiting two months for my order, and still no end in sight. No replies to my emails… They’re either a bogus company or they’ve gone out of business, took the money and ran.

I got scammed. Order never made it to destination and you can't get in touch with them.

Scammers. Never got what I ordered. No contact info other than the bogus email address.

Die Bestellung ist nie angekommen. Zum Glück habe ich über Paypal bezahlt und konnte durch den käuferschutz mein Geld zurück erhalten. Auf Emails wurde nicht reagiert von mommy’s ark. Absoluter Betrug!!

I ordered a set on Feb 3rd. It said it will arrive within 2-10 business days.
Nothing happened, contacted them again on Feb 29th. They replied quickly, saying there was unforeseen delay and the ETA now delayed by 7-10 more days.

Fast forward to April 28th, nothing’s arrived.
I emailed them again to ask for refund.
No response.

Despite the automatic email that they will respond within 2 business days, until today I have not received any response. They went completely silent.

I emailed them again on May 16th. Pretty sure it will be useless, as most of the review written here.

It’s not a huge money, but the thing that they did is all wrong.
If let’s say you have problem with your carrier, why the customer needs to bear the consequence?

Hope you can explain all the Scam that you did in the final judgement day.

Every negative review is exactly what happen with me. I am out $50+ and no ability to get a response. Terrible Company and I agree a SCAM.

They appear to be fraudulent. I placed an order on 15 January, more than 2 months ago. Then I received an email that they had "sustained damage to their warehouse, ruining their merchandise" but would fulfil orders asap.
2 months later I got in touch and they said I should expect my kit within a matter of days.
More than 4 months later and I have received nothing and in addition no response from customer services.
I will be taking official legal action but wanted to warn potential customers in the meantime.

I placed an order for 2 mealtime sets (blue & sage) on 2/6/24. In early March I reached out regarding status of the order and they offered me the option to get a different color because sage was on backorder. I agreed to get the macaroon color instead and while waiting for that to ship they sent me a 25% off coupon. I placed an order for a 3rd set on 3/19/24 and as of today 5/15/24 I have only received the one (blue) set from my 1st order. I emailed them very politely about 15 times asking for an update and only once thru Instagram then they blocked me from their page. When I attempted to track my order thru the website they had blocked me from it as well. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they tell me the company is out of business. DO NOT ORDER from this company.

Scam!!!! Ordered back in March several weaning products, took my money straight away but still no delivery…sent several emails to customer care and no reply…very disappointed fake people scamming new mums

SCAM DON'T FALL FOR IT

Ordered March 22, haven't heard one thing from them. When I try to track my order, I am taken to a page that says Site is NO Longer available.
Now I'm out $150. It was immediately put on the credit card. Now I'm out of that.

I ordered in early April. After ordering, I was informed that the 2day delivery was extended to 12 days and was given a choice to cancel my order and get a refund. I wrote 4 emails to cancel, all of which received an automatic reply -- never to confirm that the cancellation was acted. However, the payment was immediately cashed. This is mid-may. I was never refunded and the order never arrived. This is unacceptable . I call this a scam.
