Scam. Never got my order. They ghosted me. At first the were emails with explanations then nothing. No response, no website, everything disappeared.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Wish I had looked up reviews first! 😡 I placed an order on March 6 for a Baby shower on April 20th, thinking there was plenty of time. Still have not received my order nor do I get any replies from my inquiries to their website. Will be canceling my payment on my credit card.

Placed order on 3/21/24, charged and told it was shipped but “waiting info” from the courier. Sent 7 emails and only got auto replies. Fortunately I used AMEX card and they credited my acct when I filed the dispute. I did find one set on Amazon yesterday and ordered it aS my daughter really wanted their product. Says I’ll get it Sunday so we shall see. At least I know Amazon will refund if not received just as AMEX does. They’ve taken down their website so y’all need to dispute the charge with your credit card company. Not likely BBB will help as the company isn’t part of their network.

I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering, I usually do but got in a hurry this time! I ordered April 2nd & was immediately charged. I went to track the order & it said “no order found”! I have contacted customer care twice now with the automated response that they will contact me within 2 days….never happened! I’m so disappointed & will file a complaint with the BBB but don’t expect to ever see what I ordered😡

Really should be "no stars!" Utter scam! Ordered, paid, followed up with multiple emails (no phone # available) and NOTHING aside from original order confirmation. Thank heaven I used PayPal...just got my refund after 5 weeks.

It took almost 3 months since I ordered the package. I still haven’t received anything. The customer service keep saying how hard they are to send me the package. Two months ago, they said that send me the replacement but still haven’t received. Terrible experience. I feel like being scammed.

I am seeing I am one of many who have been scammed and lost money. I’ve had the same experience where I got the initial email confirming my order on 03/28/2024, then one with a tracking number that stated it’s with the courier and awaiting updated tracking information. I finally emailed customer support and got the standard email my message was received, etc and never heard back. All attempts to go to the website now are saying it no longer exists. Still no response as of today, 04/24/2024

Can someone who left a positive review actually confirm you’re real? All attempts to go to the website now are saying it no longer exists. I did submit a claim with the BBB on 4/22/24 with no response as of today.

I placed an order on March 28 2024 for my daughter's first child. My card was charged as soon as order was placed. The Shop App tells me the order was cancelled. Emailed company. No response. Website "No Longer Available" I haven't reached out to my bank yet to see if I can dispute the charges. Super disappointed in experience with this company. But as I read the reviews, I see that I am not the only person who has been scammed out of their hard earned money.

My order was placed in March as were many others. Experienced the same issues. I am very disgusted. I’ll see if American Express can get somewhere. The 1 “good” thing is my order was only for $60. Some people lost a lot more. I’m disappointed in myself for not reading these comments beforehand. Lesson learned.

The website has ghosted me
I ordered multiple items for two babyshowers and have yet to receive my order...
Attempts to reach the company result in notices that the "store is no longer available" and I have yet to receive a reply to several email requests for information.
Something must have happened very recently, as someone posted a very positive review about an order in late February of 24...
I wish someone would just let me know what is going on!

Sadly, I am seeing I’m only one of many who have ordered and paid for products from this company that have never been received. Emails to customer support have gone ignored..would NOT recommend mommy’s ark!!!

I placed an order in February which did finally arrive a month later. I was very happy with the product and so I made another order for a few items. That was over a month and a half ago.
I have been emailing the support team for updates on my order but I've had no responses. And now the website is no longer active. I assume they have gone out of business, and I've lost my money..

I placed three orders never receive them. The website is gone. There’s no customer service number anymore. Now I’m disputing it with my credit card company and this is April 2024.

Placed an order on 17th March total cost £45. Have not yet received the goods. I have sent four emails which have not been responded to. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I don’t know what the deal is with this company but please avoid and don’t make the same mistake I have!

I placed an order on March 11th 2024 and the order never arrived. I sent a message on the instagram page, to which I received a response saying the customer service team would be in touch via email to sort the matter. I received an email stating the order would arrive within 4-6 days, with a tracking link. The order still did not arrive. I again sent a message on instagram and sent an email, I did not receive a response. The tracking link was fake. I attempted to access the instagram page and website again to see a message saying ‘this business is no longer available’. The instagram page had disappeared - I assume I was blocked as I could see the page on my partners phone.
