I don’t recommend it that all ! No replay on my email ! My order didn’t arrive yet (one month or maybe longer )
Horrible customer service

I ordered this set March 20th as a gift. It says 2-4 days delivery. It is now April 18 and not only have they not responded to my email, when I click on their website, it can’t be found. I never had a tracking number, and it looks like it was sent from China. That is NEVER 2 -4 days shipping. Perhaps it shipped from China in 2-4 days, and will take another month to be delivered? That is my hope. I looked at the reviews which seemed positive, so I ordered in good faith. I like to support small business which I thought this was, but it looks like I lost $70. I am beyond disappointed. If anything changes I will update. I’m growing less and less confident that I will receive my product.

I’m mad at myself that I didn’t check if the company is legit, never received it and never got my money back.

I ordered from this company in early March, no response from my them other than the automated email system. Scammed I think as the website is no longer available. Hugely disappointing 😞

If I could give it zero stars I would! It is a complete scam. I have contacted a Better Business Bureau and the Secretary of State in California and made a complaint. This is a complete and utter scam. It is not a real company!! Do not order from them! They are thieves! I will continue to make sure the government goes after these criminals !

I am more angry with myself for not reading these reviews before ordering. As others have said the money flies out of your account immediately and then nothing. Got an order number confirmation but says doesn’t exist when I try to track it. Only automated responses when you try to contact company and it says response takes 2 business days but nothing in over a month and I have tried many times. Save yourself the aggravation. Will try filing a dispute with my bank.

Similar to another reviewer, after I ordered in February I was sent an email that said there was a flood in their warehouse so there would be a delay on my order . Since then I have emailed 3 times for an update on my order which has never arrived and I have not received any response. It’s been more than 3 months since I ordered now so I guess it’s a scam. I think the auto ‘customer service’ emailing that first time is a delay tactic so that by the time you realise it’s a scam, it’s too late to get your bank to return the charge which has a limit of 90 days usually. The comments on their social media is limited too so it’s not possible le to warn others on there.

It looks everyone who ordered in Mid-March 2024 got scammed! If the company had replied to customer service emails with explanations regarding why shipments have not been received, then that would have gone a LONG way! No replies, no communication, and now I had to buy another set on Amazon so that I don't arrive to a baby shower without a gift.

DO NOT BUY from Mommy's Ark!

I purchased two mealtime gift sets as a baby shower gift on an Instagram promo. Mommy's Ark never sent the products even though they assured me that they would give me free expedited shipping and ensured that the product would arrive withing 12 business days. I feel so bad for the intended recipient of the gift, and I am disappointed in the vendor, who never replied to my two emails to find out what was going on. I contacted my bank to dispute the charges.

Mommy's Ark is a scam.

I order almost 2 months ago a table set for my kid and not only I never received it but they never even respond to my email when I asked them where was the package!!! Unacceptable!!!!

I submitted an order on 3/23. They immediately let me know it would be 12 business days. I said that's fine. But here we are and no service or money to be seen. I had to open a dispute with my bank.

Add me to the ever growing list of customers who have made an order, been charged and have received nothing. Communication is terrible-all auto generated responses. The only way I can access my order “status” is to click the link which brings me to my order page and a “tracking number” which tells me that the “courier needs to pick up the item” And, as previously mentioned, their website is “not available “. Doesn’t give one a warm feeling. Trying to work with my cc company but even they’re balking at this point. Terrible experience!!!

Also have ordered something on February and haven't received anything till now. No one responds to my emails.

Possibly a scam? I have ordered two items in the sale in mid-march and like so many other customers, have been charged and received nothing yet, no updates on the tracking website and no replies from many emails to customer service. what's even more concerning, as of today their website appears to be down. not sure what is happening and if I can even dispute the payment but it's truly a not trustworthy service. very disappointed.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a scam. I purchased the items a month ago and still no package. I have emailed them and they never responded. I also commented on their IG page and they blocked me! If that’s not a flagrant sign this company is a scam I don’t know what is. I am disputing with my credit card company. Buyer beware and stay away

I placed an order in Jan and chased and chased but the order has never been in transit. Total scam

Placed order on 3/24/24. Received EMAIL confirmation and credit card charged.
Received one email promising a delivery in 12 days. NOTHING. Received another email promising the delivery in another 12 days. Calling my cc company to dispute all charges on Monday. ITS A SCAM. Order a set from Amazon, do not trust this company.

I place an order over a month ago and despite several attempts to just get an order status, they will not respond or send any shipping details. There is no way to contact them by phone. No one gets back to emails directly or through their site. POOR customer service. I will be spreading the word on social media not to use this service.
