I had a great experience with this scoop company. I have order from them in total of three orders the first one was nothing special to really talk about but the other ones I must say that when they upgraded their business they upgraded the way they package and do their scoops as well. My kids were happy with their surprises and I was too. All along my orders have been delivered with no issues, if you go to the right website you should not be worried about getting scammed. I would recommend do your homework first before ordering any of these scoop business.
Had a problem with the local courrier but for every issue If I contacted momocharms and she would reply immediately. The package arrived and everything was perfect
I absolutely loved everything I got, it actually exceeded my expectations! All the stuff was so cute I asked for cat and other cute animals and she delivered.
Ordered my package on 12/7, somehow my address got generalized to post office format which left 50 possible apartments to deliver to. I’ve ordered 15-20 other items before on the Shop App, my address is pre-saved w/ billing info, etc. so this was an error on their end. The package got returned to sender on 12/22. I emailed customer service that day, they said they couldn’t issue a refund because basically it was my fault (which is not possible), and will reach out when it gets back to their warehouse. Jan 27th and still nothing!! Shipped from China (which is sketchy as the billing shows as California on my card). Appears to be a total scam in my eyes, also TERRIBLE customer service, treated me like it’s all my fault and no communication, have ignored my emails! Was a Christmas gift, what a JOKE!
I definitely recommend buying from this seller as all her items are amazing quality, adorable and definitely worth the value. I ordered 1 variety scoop -15+ items , 1 stationary scoop 10+ items, 1 beaded pen & 10 mystery mini squishies. I got a total of 30 items from both scoops and 16 mini squishies and some really pretty scrunchies as freebies. If you love kawaii, stationary, jewellery, squishies etc I definitely recommend! So happy with my order! And definitely ordering again!!
I placed two separate orders with MomoCharms in November.
One order arrived. The second never did, despite being paid in full and ordered well in advance of Christmas as a Christmas gift for my daughter
The 2nd package failed to arrive, the company claimed I had provided the wrong address, which is a lie. The same address was used for both orders, and one was delivered successfully. This excuse appears to be a convenient way to avoid responsibility.
What is most troubling is not the delay itself, but the company’s complete refusal to resolve the issue in essence. Despite repeated communication, and their "apologies" they have refused a new package or refund me. Everytime they find a different excuse. The last one is a bit funny because they said they used Google maps (!) to prove that i gave wrong address. As if i do not know where i live and receive my mail.
Needless to say they admitted the second package was returned to their warehouses!. Not only that but after a series of exchange of emails now they want to send me the original package and have me pay again for the cost......And of course no refund since it was my fault i dont know where i live! Its a scam.
As a customer, I did everything expected of me:
I ordered early
I paid in full
I provided a correct and previously used address
The company, on the other hand, has done everything possible to keep my money while providing neither the product nor a solution.
This experience shows extremely poor customer service, lack of accountability, and zero respect for customers, especially during the holidays. I would strongly caution others before ordering from this company, particularly if the order is time-sensitive or intended as a gift.
I am still out of pocket and without the product I paid for.
It was exactly what you see on the videos, I ordered; the new arrival momo variety scoop, 2 scoops with 2 silver capsules, we got 30+ items not including the Christmas special gift that was free with my order. I also ordered customized ribbon for my daughter’s 7 birthday and they even rapped the box in an adorable wrapping pape. I want to add that I also specified something’s that my daughter had no interest in getting, they did an amazing job replacing those items with other things she did want. I do want to advise to order at least one monthly in advance if your ordering for a birthday which we were but I’m also aware that Christmas season gets busy but it was worth the wait!!!!!!!!!!!! My daughter loved everything she got. We will be returning customers specially for my son’s birthday and my self.
Deux commandes passées 20 novembre et 12 décembre 2025 et bien reçues dans les temps, bien emballées. Tout est joli 😍 ma fille va être ravie à Noël 👍 deuxième commande, quelques consignes, tout est respecté et au top. Merci encore Momocharms. Et bravo super site et sérieux.
I loved my order! It took around 3 weeks for the package to arrive in Denmark, but is was worth the wait. If you are looking for a nice present for yourself or somebody else I really recommend ordering here
