Couldn’t be better
I was absolutely delighted with my experience of Monarch Print. Closely adhering to COVID-19 rules, staff were really helpful when I called in to order some printed tote bags. I was able to pick them up a couple of days later and they are just what I wanted - clear, colourful printing on quality bags.

So placed an order for both types of bear, we needed some help to order as we wanted a selection of t-shirts to go across the bears but Amie was extremely helpful getting this sorted. SO HAPPY WITH THESE LOVELY GRADUATION BEARS THANKYOU. LAST MINUTE DECISION SO ORDERED AT THE LAST MINUTE BUT THANKFULLY STAFF WERE BRILLIANT AND THEY ARRIVED PROMPTLY. We did used to offer certificates with our Graduation Bears but after careful consideration we decided to stop including them to make our products as safe as possible for all ages.

Not received yet as just dispatched today but this is more about coustmer support any questions and or if need change pictures on something just easy to email and ask and the people are so lovely and fast at getting back to you and checking any inquiries out it so nice to see a company who are willing to help wherever possible they do a fab job also sure are be more than 100000000% happy with this order as the other order had wile back was great
