Ordered the time arctic watch as a 50th birthday present for myself with the duval bangle.
There was a slight delay with the delivery which I chased up but this was likely more a royal mail issue than a Monch issue.
It arrived soon after and they had very kindly provided another silver bracelet so I had the watch and 2 bracelets which I was surprised at but very grateful for!
The watch itself looks superb and after having a few links removed at Timpsons (£12) it fits very well and is extremely comfy.
If I'm in the market in the future for a new watch then I will certainly be checking out Monch.

I have 2 watches
I have 2 watches, time master artic and time capture royal blue. Both fantastic watches. I wanted a rubber strap that was not available on the website. Asked customer services if I could get one that fitted the lugwidth and without hesitation they very kindly sorted it for me. With in a few days it arrived and is now on the watch and has had a full weekend of wrist time.
The customer service for this brand is second to none in my opinion. The value for money is unreal coupled with the quality of the watches I have purchased.

I think Monch watches is a good brand. Monch watches are contemporary timepieces and are suitable for wear on all occasions. I received my watch on time. My courier updated me on the whereabouts of my parcel as it made its way through the network. The customer service was professional and community friendly. I do browse the website and am always looking for another watch that suits my current wardrobe. I would highly recommend Monch watches to anyone looking for a subtle, quiet, and elegant timepiece. I recently purchased the TIME-MASTER ARCTIC from Mönch Watch Company, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
From the moment the watch arrived, it was clear that a huge amount of care had gone into both the presentation and the product itself. The packaging felt premium, and the watch exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, finish and attention to detail.
The TIME-MASTER ARCTIC has a timeless design that feels both rugged and refined. It wears comfortably, keeps excellent time and has quickly become one of my favourite watches. It looks far more expensive than its price suggests.
Customer service was equally impressive. Communication was prompt, professional and genuinely helpful throughout the process, making the whole buying experience feel personal rather than just another online purchase.
If you’re looking for a well-built, distinctive watch backed by excellent customer service, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mönch Watch Company.
